20 minutes for 2 pour over coffees just to get a hair in it. I know pour over takes time, but it does not take that long. No real apology for the hair. Not worth the wait, cost, or for the quality of service

They have earned their place as one of my favorite roasters in Colorado. Excellent espresso in not neutral cups. I highly recommend

When I am in Killeen this is the place to get my Thai tea, but was very disappointed with my order today. Ask for smoothies Thai tea and only got Milk Thai tea.

I love the boba smoothies, but I'm rating the company poorly due to the attitudes of the young ladies that are employed here. I've visited every single location they have over the last several months, and it's always a weak customer experience. I'm always polite yet met with a dry greeting. If you like boba and don't mind mediocre customer service then spend your money here.

Love the atmosphere, very chill place to hang out with friends. The spiced chai tea latte I had was too sweet in my opinion. That being said, will visit again to try their delicious food I was smelling while I was there briefly. Also their staff is super nice 😊

i love it there!!! its my favorite place, the food is so good and the drinks are my favorite, except some of the teas but thats because of my taste pallet lol.

I stopped at this location on Rancier, it was a hot day. I was blessed to be served by Kori. I didn't really know what I wanted but I knew I just needed something refreshing with boba, I asked Kori to surprise me and she knocked it out of the water. I had some passion fuit iced tea with Boba. Oof it hit all them notes. Go check out the bloom. 👍

I only had the hot ginger tea but will bring my family back to try out the menu. Great atmosphere.
