Love the environment. Perfect place to study and the products they sell are at a reasonable price. Customer service is ALWAYS top notch and they have the friendliest workers. Their drinks are the tastiest!

They are very gracious and the teas, Boba, and popping Boba are aamazing!

I went to Universetea to get some Boba. I walked in and they immediately told me that they don’t take cash, which I don’t mind but it still is inconvenient. I ordered a Honey Milk Tea with boba. I thanked the baristas for the drink but neither of them responded and so I thanked them again, but it was clear they were ignoring me, but again, I get that people have tough days so I just ignored it. The drink was what really got me disappointed. It was really watered down and just tasted gross. I personally will not be ordering from this store again. If you want a good boba drink and nice employees I recommend ShareTea!

They have made some interesting drinks. The strawberry tea is smoothe and fresh. It was good enough to drink it all. You can taste the green tea, strawberry and milk thats in it. Can't wait to try a different one.

The service is wonderful! Very polite workers and delicious drinks. I spent my last bit of cash getting me and my friends some drinks. They loved it and so did I.

I went to the Joshua one and went to go inside but it was closed even though online it said they were open.

Oh. My. Gosh. This is the best boba I have ever had. I live in Louisiana, but from here on out I’m sure it’ll be a habit to stop by here when I’m in Texas. I got the coconut milk tea and added boba pearls. It was so reasonable and crazy good. Their tapioca balls are the perfect consistency and slightly sweet.. gosh, it was so good.

The place is such a gem. Friendly people. They make the best matcha tea with boba! In addition, it looks like they also have a small market with Asian snacks and groceries. So cool!
