Wife and I went into the Joshua location today. The girl serving us was not very friendly at all. I know there specialty is tea but I want coffee. Just about every flavoured coffee I wanted they were out of so opted for a regular latte which didn't taste all that great and way too expensive. This was my first visit and my wife's second. She was disappointed the first time but wanted to give it another try. Not a friendly atmosphere will not return again.

This place has the best boba. The down side is they say they open at 10 but when you try to go inside they say 11. Even though they have the college kids in there!!! If you let college kids in other customers should be allowed in as well.

Milk tea, slush, and bagel were great, but cran orange scone was basically raw and inedible

An older lady made my tea, she seems to be always working when I go. She is not knowledgeable on the teas or flavors. Last two times she’s made my drinks they tasted very watered down.

Delicious flavors to choose from, a little on the sweet side and the boba sadly was a little undercooked? It had the slight toughness. Cute little shop and happy there is a location in the area that is not and hour into the DFW.

They were out of some of the things we wanted, but I tried the Mango Dragon fruit slush and it was really good! My daughter got something new and said it was just okay. I tried it and want a fan. It really just tasted like milk with brown sugar in it. My husband said he tried a mango refresher and enjoyed it. It is an interesting place.

The drinks are great, but the staff is hilarious. Also there's a strange little Asian mart inside for some reason and we got some very interesting ingredients that will be used in future cocktail recipes.

Very sad, went way out of our way to come try this place after picking up our grandkids. They were closed. No note or any explanation. Very disappointed.

Not too bad. Slightly watered down. Great environment. Nice treats and snacks selection.

The strawberry milk tea tasted different from the last time I ordered it. It was tart and more like juice this time around. And the texture was off. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or what, but when I told them they didn't offer a replacement or refund. Very awkward. And the past few times I visited when ordering the universal teas (no milk) they had no sweetener in them at all. This place is ok enough but I don't think Ill be coming again anytime soon
