Promotes free medium drink on first purchase with app download, then at the window says they don’t offer the promotions there yet (it literally says it on the sign outside of the establishment, but whatever 🤷♀️), but they can scan my app for points. Then, proceeds to give me my order which was supposed to be a medium caramel macchiato, small Oreo iced, and egg white bites with spinach. My daughter and I get Starbucks every morning before school, so we decided to try something new since they just opened Tim Hortons.. my caramel macchiato they handed me was a SMALL and the rest was correct. I told the drive thru guy throughout convo about the app that my order of a medium macchiato was on there at least 5 times. Idk how they messed that up and I was confused when they handed it to me and was like “this is a medium?” And he’s like “oh you wanted a medium” and I responded “yes, i did..” but had to leave because I have to take my kid to school and I don’t want her to be late, so just accepted my incorrectly sized coffee.
We leave.
My daughter doesn’t like her Oreo drink and I’m like no way 😮and try it and it’s absolutely disgusting (how do you mess up Oreo drinks? Besides dumping a ridiculous amount of sugar it it and just putting Oreos as a topper 🥴). My caramel macchiato tastes fine, just the wrong size. And egg white bites aren’t good at all (undercooked and runny, but was hard to capture it on camera since it sat there the whole carpool line). We will not be back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND TIM HORTONS. Sticking to Starbucks or Dutch bros for sure.

I really wanted to give this place 4 or 5 stars. I haven't had Tim Horton's in years! I missed it so much, so I was looking forward to it. However, I was disappointed. I ordered a small black coffee, it tasted old and burnt. I was sadly very disappointed. The whole reason for going.
I did pick up some tidbits and a Boston Creme for my children and I, those were great. The staff member at the register went above and beyond to give us great customer service by dividing a hot chocolate into small expresso cups for my children to enjoy.
So while I appreciated his efforts and the quality of everything else, the coffee, the star of Tim's, was lacking for me. I don't think I will be making the drive back anytime soon.

I moved down from Canada a few years ago and was excited to see Tim’s had come to town. I understand that it’s not supposed to be gourmet but this was terrible in every way.
I got a double double, timbits and a sausage egg biscuit. It was all bad but the sausage patty deserves a special note. It was tough like rubber and looked to be made of off coloured brown seeds. The one bite I took had a nasty chemical taste.
This is NOT the Timmy’s you know and love - disappointment guaranteed.

I got to know this place for the first time in Canada and I've been wanting to go there since they started building it, but if memory serves me, I remember that the menu there was much more varied, here there are only some sweet breads and coffee. For breakfast on the run it's fine, but I don't think it's the best option.

Quick to take your order inside, but slower than frozen molasses to make it. Employees talking loud about other workers being slow, but not doing anything about it. Not like the old Tim Hortons up north at all. This is a much smaller Tim's as well, so selection isn't as great.

Great place to stop by for some coffee and doughnuts.
I tried the Boston cream doughnut and a chocolate chip muffin. Amazing teste & texture.
They also have very friendly staff

If you are a Canadian expat, you are going to be disappointed. 3 timbits is weak and no sandwiches. Perhaps I have been away from Canada too long but I remember Tim Hortons having a pretty good sandwich. This Tim Hortons does not compare with what Texas already has to offer 😊😊

THEY ARE RACIST! SUPER LONG WAIT!
We waited 35 mins for just 4 cups of coffee (black coffee and lattes). There were at least 8 parties behind us even got their orders before us. They apologized to every customers saying sorry for the wait except for us. When we finally pick up our orders, the shift manager named GABBY gave us a funny look and did not apologize at all.
They need better operational training and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) training. They have no idea what they’re doing, super confused on the orders, keep switching orders to orders.
There are a lot more better coffee shops around. We LOVE Tim Hortons but the food and service at this location are not worth the wait and we’re definitely not coming back ever.

I used to go to Tim Hortons in Michigan, so when I found out there were going to open some locations here in Texas, I was very excited. I just wish they put the plain timbitz back in the menu as the new ones are extremely sweet. Even my daughter, who usually likes sweet, cannot tolerate that. Their croissants are also really good.

Sad. Have been here multiple times and they can never get the order right mind you the order on the screen is correct. Coffee is never made right and always has grounds in the bottom, cheese on sandwiches is never melted or even toasted for that matter. Both times recently I visited I had to pass my items back through the window 4 times bc it was wrong or not cooked fully. Current visit:
No cheese, no English muffins, no birthday cake tim bits. Surprised they even had coffee !! So very disappointing esp when you come from upstate NY and visit Tim hortons on a daily. I will be trying a new location. Do not recommend coming here.
