Timbits were pretty good. The 10-pack would allow tasting of every flavor.

I hate having to write a bad review but I have too.. this is my second time at this location first time everything was great. Today…… my order was alll kinds of messed up. Before I processed I would like to address that the staff was kind. I ordered a French Vanilla Latte hot & let me tell you it was hot all right bc I didn’t not get one of those holders for the heat. &&&& it tasted like water. Hot water!!!! It’s disgusting… I also ordered a sausage sandwich & the buns were cold!! & everything was all over the place inside the bag. I also ordered Timbits which were also extremely cold! I’m so disappointed. Especially over my latte i just wanted a nice tasty drink before my work shift and its literally water 😔 not sure if I’ll be returning.

The coffee here has great flavor! I got a cold brew with cold foam and some Timbits. I went inside to order and the wait was about 15-20 minutes but the place just opened so I was expecting that. It's a little small inside for a line to form but everybody was really nice even though they were overwhelmed.

Drove all the way from San Antonio to try because my husband loves Tim Hortons. We were disappointed to say the least. One of the workers was very rude and gave dirty looks. The workers also didn’t seem to have much knowledge of what they’re selling. They got our order wrong and the Oreo iced Capp we got was pretty much melted. There was also a lot of flies. Nonetheless, the Timbits were amazing and that’s what we were most excited about. Hoping next time we’re in Houston it will be a better experience.

As a Canadian I can say I was very excited to learn that Timmies was opening in Texas. We finally made the commute from Austin to get our fix. Sadly, it will be the last time we do. We wasted 25 minutes to get ordered & receive it. This is not because it was extremely busy. There were 3 people ahead of us in line. One cashier who had no idea what she was doing. She messed up two orders of those in front of us. There was at least 8 other staff members putting orders together at a sloths pace. One young man was honestly trying to keep the flow going. He apologized many times. Product was very limited. Not the same options as in Canada. No steeped tea. No French vanilla, limited donuts, no Timbits (sold out at 9am). I had a large chai tea latte. They stuck two chai tea bags in the medium sized cup, and put an attempt of some sort of foam on top. Tea bags were left in and it was luke warm (not to mention wrong sized cup). $4.99 thrown into the trash. The coffee was good, and passed as the real thing, and the apple fritters were good. Was definitely a disappointing visit.

Oh Canada in Texas. What a treat it was. Nothing like tye double double and a box of timbits.

Staff was fast and friendly. Son loved his drink and the family enjoyed their treats.

Omg 1st time! Laughing at myself because I tried to order this coffee drink and the guy told me that that was the list of flavors. So freaking hilarious! Best krullers I ever had! Must go

I'm Canadian and this place is a little piece of home here in Texas. Absolutely love the iced cap and Timbits! They taste exactly like they do in Canada.
Also appreciate that the prices are fair!
I think they had long lines and it was disorganized when it opened (but it was hyped and new places DO need time to settle). Since then, it's gotten much better. I was in and out in around 5 mins, they got my order right.
Love love love.

So glad we got Tim Hortons in Houston. Everything including taste, customer service and a clean atmosphere is present here. Always loved going here when visiting my cousins in Canada but now it's so close to me! Absolutely loving it! Tim bits are the real deal not "donut holes" 😉👏👍
