My husband and I been here multiple times and are never disappointed. We have been faithful to Starbucks until we found Minuti Coffee! Minuti Coffee is better than Starbucks hands down! So delicious!

The location, decor, staff and product if Awesome!!!! First time here and hubby and I were very happy! We ordered the Iced Chai Latte and Moka Ice-O. Soooooo yummy!! I Had to call them right away and Tell them they were Great and we are for Sure doing back!

I tried to order a coffee, and what I got was a price that was triple what was displayed on the board. Then, an employee told me their prices aren't correct, they've told the owner, and he just decided to leave wrong pricing. Still, the employee did their best to make sure my cup of coffee cost over $5, to which I said 'goodbye'. The regular coffee is far too weak and not of good quality.

Okay, I’m a very easy person and it is frustrating and maddening. Came and ordered a Vietnamese coffee. They said Grande is the largest size I can get. They gave me a freaking cup that’s only half way filled. I asked can I get more coffee they gave me a bs reasoning that its a short drink but they can fill it up with water. Seriously? You charge me for a Grande and you gave me half a cup? Last time I ordered a he same thing and it was more (but not full) than half a dang cup. Never coming back

Love their coffee & atmosphere! The service here is great, coffee is great, and plenty of seating space. Cool outdoor space. The best part is that they have nitro coffee on tap! I'm sad that not all Minuti in Houston have nitro coffee but I can settle since this location is very close to where I stay! They have a prepaid minuti card where if you charge $25, the coffee you order at the time of is only a $1 ! No matter the size and the extra goodies you add to the coffee!

I like the interior design of Minuti coffee’s. I really enjoy sitting there and drinking coffee. The service is good but their frappuccinos are really bad. It is waste of money! I’ve tried caramel and strawberry frappuccinos. For the caramel, there were no caramel taste but full of coffee and for the strawberry, I tasted some artificial flavors so deeply 🤢

I would love to give this a high-five ranking, but it's the blind leading the blind. It's understandably difficult to learn all of the different types of drinks it's also understandable that there's a learning curve when you first open however they've been open for quite some time, I can no longer excuse that, at least have an additional person there for the slow down and learning curves and maybe that person should know the menu and how to make everything from regular menu items to seasonal items!

Their coffee is always top notch. They serve both hot & cold drinks. When you get hot drinks, they're not BOILING HOT and have to wait like 20 minutes before being able to take your 1st sip like at other places *coughs* STARBUCKS! *coughs*. Sweet drinks have just the right amount of sweetness to them too.
As far as the ambience, think of all Minuti locations as fancier, nicer, cozier versions of Starbucks.
They also sell pastries, sandwiches, and ice cream and even (at least in the Sugarland location) make "hidden menu"/custom coffee drinks! Soooo yeah...this beats Starbucks in all aspects. I just wish there were more locations so I could frequent them even more 👍🏻
If you haven't visited any of their locations, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Definitely better quality coffee than the chain. Fast friendly service. Nice concise menu for coffee, other coffee products, sandwiches and pastries without ten million options that start to get gimmicky. Great place.
