I recently visited this establishment for the first time and decided to order a cup of hot tea. However, I was quite taken aback by the price tag attached to it, a hefty $6. Regrettably, what I received was nothing more than a cup of hot water and a standard tea bag. Needless to say, I was left feeling dissatisfied and somewhat cheated.
The exorbitant cost of the tea was the main reason for my disappointment. I couldn't help but question why a simple cup of hot tea should come with such a steep price. Hoping for an explanation, I approached an employee to inquire about the matter. To my dismay, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The employee simply shrugged and said, "I just work here." Their dismissive attitude left me feeling unheard and unappreciated as a customer.
I understand that this establishment is not known for its specialized espresso or intricate brewing techniques, but that should not justify such exorbitant pricing for a basic cup of tea. While ambiance and service may play a role in the overall experience, fair pricing is crucial in building customer loyalty and satisfaction.
I urge the management of this establishment to seriously reconsider their pricing strategy, especially for something as simple as hot tea. Customers should feel that they are receiving value for their money, and sadly, that was not the case during my visit.
In conclusion, my first experience at this establishment left much to be desired. The overpriced cup of hot tea, coupled with the indifferent response from the employee, left me questioning the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. Until changes are made to address these issues, I would hesitate to recommend this place to others seeking an affordable and enjoyable tea-drinking experience.

Definitely great customer service. It was our first time and they took the time to explained their menu. Brewed coffee was not as strong as my preferred Pike coffee from Starbucks. But the food was amazing, specifically the caprese baggett with mozzarella cheese.

This is a cool spot to grab a coffee or sit and catch up with friends. It has seating inside and out on patio. The best thing is it’s not super packed like Starbucks so won’t have to struggle to find a spot. Also, there are ample wall charging spots and free WiFi. Must check it out. I recommend Doppio Cubano it’s worth it.

we all love coffee and starbucks is the king when it comes to that but this place might be the next runner up. went here seeing all the hype and reviews so decided to try it out. as soon as you walk in you can tell they payed attention to the details. seats and checkout as well as there little gift section. I tried the vanillachino I think it was called as well as a blueberry scone and a bagel. The food here was awesome and the coffee OMG lol what I liked most of all about this place was the customer service. they made sure I got my order, came by and asked if everything was good and even had some funny jokes lol For me it's all about customer service and quality and this place takes the cake. try it out you won't be disappointed.

Sweet baby Jesus! This coffee will pick up up up. The owner gave us both a Nitro and YES I'm awake! Lovely flavor and no bitterness. I'm truly impressed. #latteart

First time here, I originally plan on going to Kalache Factory next door but only Minuti had a drive thru. Based on the pictures I went with the breakfast tacos. In picture they look like a decent size, what you actually get ate this tiny tacos that aren't any wider then a quarter and not much longer then a picante sauce packet. What a shame, for $5 they should add a couple more.

BEWARE, terrible customer service, the employees are rude and speak about you behind your back. This was are first and last time visiting this coffee shop. The lady in the counter that took are order was frustrated and rude, and spoke to us in a condescending way. Sadly the service we received was terrible, the store owner should look carefully on the service their employees are providing to their clients.

If you enjoy good coffee this is the place for you. The people are extremely nice and the food is perfect, coffee is amazing. Definitely recommend the rewards program because you will find yourself coming back again.

First time here- came for breakfast. My sister got the egg and cheese English muffin and it tasted just like the McDonald’s kind, which I warned her about.
The ice cream frapp was out of the world though- it was very velvety and creamy, with espresso shots. I think the oatmeal cookie I had was the best I have ever tasted in my life; it wasn’t too sweet and overly done with raisins, it was warmed up for us and it was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Same for the croissant we got.
Only thing is that it’s a bit pricey- a little more than Starbucks I would say.

I saw that there was a Minuti Coffee place in Katy and I had to try it. I got the iced mocha with skim milk and I felt the coffee was stronger than at Starbucks, which is always a plus for me. Be warned that this is not an ideal study place since there was only two outlets for the many tables here. I would definitely come here for the ice cream and coffee!
