Ate at the restaurant, it was very good. The owners came out and greeted us and were very nice. The waitress was excellent and very attentive. We had gator bites, spinach dip and bowtie pasta and cheeseburgers, the food was great

We stayed here 5 nights on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was a great home base for our riding while we visited the Jefferson, Texas area on our bikes. Monica and the other staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect for me; quiet and easy access to my car and motorcycle. Once here everything we wanted to do in the evening was a short walk from our rooms. Local restaurants are near by and served up some great meals for us. Good stuff!

My daughter and I booked a room for December 9th and 10th. We stayed in room 204 and loved the hotel! We did have a few experiences, footsteps overhead ( we didn’t know at that time that there was nothing over our room, and no access to the roof), among other things. Sheila was wonderful and I hope she stays a very long time, as we’re going to try to make this a yearly trip!

The rooms are very nice, but the walls are VERY thin and not only did we hear EVERY move the neighbors made, you hear every noise in the hotel. The original wood floors are great, we love them, but naturally it just adds to the noise level through the walls. This visit, we stayed in room 101 which is next to the café kitchen. Again, the noise from the other side of the thin wall from refrigerators/machines kicking off and on was louder than one would ever imagine.
Additionally, there are no trash cans in the rooms which makes zero sense. Even in 101 which has a littel kitchenette- but no trash can? There is a tiny one in the bathroom, but it is not accommodating. Other guests have voiced this same complaint, but it is still a problem. But hey, we can say we've stayed at the Khan Hotel, for what it's worth.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, but the walls are paper thin. We had a loud group of women staying next door and it sounded as if they were in the room with us.
This hotel hasn't been operating for long so I would like to make a couple of suggestions and hope they read their reviews. Since the shower and the sink are not in close proximity to each other (shower and toilet are separate from sink area) it would be nice to have two bars of soap so one does not have to carry the single tiny bar of soap back and forth from the sink to the shower. It would also be nice to have a trash can in both areas.
I would also suggest getting more help, especially on busy weekends. When we arrived to check in the front desk clerk/barista was out on a delivery. She came quickly so that wasn't much of an issue, but once she arrived checking in was quite a chore. She initially told me she couldn't find my reservation and it wasn't possible I made one within the last week because the hotel had been booked. After quite a bit of searching and me showing her I had a paid receipt she finally found the reservation. There are only four rooms in the entire place - how hard could it be to find the reservation. And then, despite having provided my name, etc when making a reservation I had to provide it again - twice, because the information didn't "save" the first time. During most of this exchange a very patient couple was waiting to be served coffee. The service wasn't any better when we went downstairs the next morning to see if we needed to check out. I think this place has possibilities because the rooms are nice and the location can't be beat, but they need to do a little fine tuning.

This hotel was the cutest hotel I think I've ever stayed at! The rooms are SUPER comfy and brand new, well kept and cozy. Theres a coffee shop at the front desk that fills the halls with the most delicious smells in the morning and everything we got was amazing! Theres a lot of spooky lore surrounding this place, but we felt very welcomed and comfortable and the location is smack in the middle of all the sights you wanna see while in Jefferson. Can't recommend it enough!

U can hear everything said by other guest in next room and when they snore. Air vent next to ceiling closed and no in room air control, so it was hot all night. NO HOT WATER!! When it was FINALLY time to check out I told Stephanie as I gave her the key back and she just shrugged her shoulders and said “Sorry”. In other words you will have the same experience too if you book here.

Very clean, great staff. With a few renovations with a lot of the original items still in the hotel asking with some up to date & modem amenities I highly recommend this place. It's by far the best in town..
