First time to go to The Patio. I thoroughly enjoyed the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail! My husband had fried oysters. Our food was very good, and waitress was very nice! We will go again!

The very worst catfish, hush puppies, coleslaw, and lemon pie we have ever had. Neither one of just could with more than two bites of either. The fries were skimpy and over cooked. For 3 pieces of fish, fries , hush puppies, coleslaw (we shared a plate), and 2 pies it was definitely not worth my $20.

I did something for the first time in my entire life and that was not leaving a tip. The service was horrible. I have had bad service before ( i would leave at least $2) but nothing like this. I could write a whole paragraph on how bad it was but i wont.
The one positive thing i can say about this place is they do have good fried jumbo shrimp, just not sure if it's worth going back for because of all the other issues going on with this business.

Let me start by saying that my review is based on loving their old food . Chicago style. I loved their old food and was a little dumbed when I found out the switched to seafood. I ended up getting the shrimp poboy and it was pretty good. The fries were a little on the too cooked side and the portions were decent. Nothing here to brag about. Don't think I will try again just because I'm not a huge fan of seafood.
I must also say that I understand that in order for a business to stay open it has to make money and this may be the reason behind this change. Only the owners know. I also know that you have to have something unique and different. You had that with the Chicago Style food. You just had to let people experience it.

Excellent service, and so polite and nice. They were more than ready to answer any questions about the menu with lots of enthusiasm. You can tell they love what they do. The restaurant was perfectly clean and the service was fast. Wonderful fresh food definitely worth a visit.

Great spot. Owners are very kind and authentic. They're from Chicago, and that's where the food inspiration came from. Coffee is really good, and priced right. All the prices are actually very fair. The cotton candy shaved ice is worth trying, unlike anything I've had before. The building is all brand new and very clean. Support local business and go give them a try

I had the popcorn shrimp and it was good. My husband had the chicken fried steak and it was terrible. There was way more batter than steak, and the steak was tough and tasted like it had been freezer burned. He took about 3 bites of the baked potato before the waiter came over to ask if everything was ok. My husband told him the steak was terrible and he could not eat it and asked the waiter to take it back. When we went to the cashier, she tried to charge us for the entire meal. After explaining that he could not eat the steak, she talked to the owner and it was taken off the bill. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I LOVE THE STAFF. All of the staff is amazing and make the food even better because of their kindness and great service! This is definitely jacksonville’s best donut place for the mornings! I’ve also had their wings and chili cheese fries which were pretty good too and for a good price! The shaved ice is really good too ☺️

With the shutdown in place it's easier to call them once you're in the drive through line and give them the order from there. I got my order fast once I was at the window thanks to calling ahead while in line.
Food is good I've only shoved a few bites of a boudin roll in my face before writing this and its standard and just what I wanted but I have to tell you the coconut cream frappe is something I never knew I needed in my life until the moment I first tasted it. Which was 20 minutes ago. Think I'll come back tomorrow to try the dreamsicle frappe.
