Scooter's Coffee

Met Lisa today. She blessed me with a cup of one of their drinks. Very drink! Not bitter, well blended, smooth drink. Very impressed with this company. She did share how they roast and get their own coffee from other countries. This will be an AMAZING place when fully open. I wish them the best coming to Houston Texas! I hope they prosper with their products and the great customer service she provided! I will be a loyal customer

Was on a day out with the fam and decided to check out this place out. While my wife enjoyed her drink mine was pretty bad. I had gotten a flavored ice coffee but no flavoring was obviously added so ended up tasting like old coffee served over ice. Had somewhere to be so we didn't go back, tried to drink it anyway but couldn't finish it.

Scooters has become my favorite place to get coffee. Every day their service is quick and friendly. Their coffee is wonderful and they have a lot of options. Their food is fresh, hot, and so tasty. Every time a friend recommends getting coffee, I always say we should get Scooters.

UPDATE : The owner obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction given the fact that they reached out to me after my Google review and requested me to take it down in exchange for a gift card , instead of reprimanding their employee and holding them to a higher standard

This is actually my second time encountering Sage’s grotesque customer service
Extremely unprofessional , rude && problematic !
I’m assuming barista Samantha is in training under Sage since she decided that closing the drive thru window on me was the professional thing to do during a discussion between us two

The first time encountering Sage I assumed she was having a bad day since she complained about having people pulling into the drive thru and “ruining her morning”
But having her yell out the window of her own vehicle today to go park at the gas station was unnecessary, I had parked there only for a minute to switch seats and to thoroughly look at the menu so as to not hold up the drive thru lane .

I use to love coming here but this will be the last time I bother coming to this location !

You can’t always go by all the negativity. I’ve been there twice in a week and the employees were ALL wearing masks. They are all super friendly and super fast! I ordered their iced caramelicious and seriously was the best caramel iced coffee I’ve had! Will be going to them again and again. SB is already over rated.

**UPDATE I gave them another chance and even less people were wearing masks. I only saw one person with a mask and no one had on gloves . The food was not good either. I will not come here again simply because they do not wear masks nor gloves. I will continue to go to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks when I am out. It's really a shame that the main concern is the masks and not the products they offer in the majority of the complaints**

We were sooooooo excited to have a coffee shop open right across from the neighborhood and when we saw it was open we went by to try it out.

The blended drinks were good. I would say as expensive as Starbucks so no savings there. I did not really like the fruit ice drink, would probably try the one with cream next time.

I will say I was hesitant after reading reviews that employees were not wearing masks but hoped they saw the reviews and made a change so we went. Unfortunately there were still a few employees NOT WEARING MASKS but a few were. This is highly disappointing as I know this coffee shop could really thrive here but I would rather go where I know my food/drinks are being prepared safely.

I will give it one more try to see if changes are made but if not I will spend my money elsewhere.

This coffee is AWESOME. Nothing like the bitter burnt stuff you get at other chain coffee place. I had the mint one for St Pattys day. Then I tried the carmelicious and it was VERY tasty. OUTSTANDING customer service from every employee I came in contact with. Owner is a wonderful woman. Can't wait to go back!

Friendly staff and so kind and clean place. First time driving thru this morning and the gentleman reccomended a drink they are known for. Caramel flavor was great and he even adjusted the level of sweetness for my liking. Perfect!! Will come again

OMG!! I love Scooters Coffee. I used to live in McKinney, Texas and would go to the Virginia Park location everyday, sometimes 2x a day. Well, I move to Houston May of 2020 and have not been back to Dallas since. I would always be tempted to drive back to Dallas JUST to go to Scooters Coffee. During this time, I've been going to Starbucks because it's the only thing close to me but I would always think to myself "Starbucks is trash compared to Scooters, but it'll do." I even used to think, "why aren't there any locations in Houston since it's not that far from Dallas." It was the one thing I missed about Dallas. Well, I just did a random GPS Scooters search to see if anything within at least an hour of me would pop up on good maps and OMG, there is a location 30 minutes from me!!!!! Apparently, the store is new and has been open just a few months!!!! I have literally wanted a Scooters to be in Houston and I am so glad I did a random Google search!!!! I will be getting my first Scooters Coffee drink since March 2020 and I couldn't be more excited. I absolutely love this place, the drinks are amazing!!! I'm so so so so happy. I will be going there everyday now just like I did when I lived in Dallas!!!!

Sorry, Starbucks but you'll never see me again, I'm back with Scooters Coffee now!!
