Scooter's Coffee

Been going to scooters since it opened and it’s become one of my favorite coffee places that I literally go out of my way for, but the last couple of months this business has gone down. They use to have the friendliest staff members and now it’s full of people with attitude . The drinks are definitely inconsistent and Sage is extremely rude and condescending when handling questions. I have free drinks on my app and I honestly don’t even know if I’ll go back due to how rude Sage is. Highly Disappointed with how the service has gone from great to terrible. The owner needs to check the staff because the staff is the reason this place isn’t going to make it.

We freaking love this place! The customer service is great, the baked goods are delicious, and the coffee is WONDERFUL. Warning on the cold brew though, it's high octane! The app is also easy to use and the rewards stack up quickly. Aside from being friendly, the staff pump the drinks out so fast, even when there's a line, there's never a wait. Our dog starts drooling before we even get to the window cause he knows his pup cup is coming! We don't live particularly close, but we go as often as we can now and recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Outstanding customer service. Everyone is so friendly....and the coffee and food are so addicting. Honey Vanilla Latte and Waffle Sandwich are my go to. 💙

Just wanted to try this place. Not worth the money though. They even charge for a cup upgrade. Will not be coming back nit worth the starb#cks prices.

Oh my. The coffee is alright. My caramel latte was WAYYYY too sweet..I had 4 shots in a M so I was surprised about that. Next time I would request them to go light on the caramel. 🙃 My daughter got @ cake pops and they were SOOOO BAD!!! Like did they forget to cook the dough? It was unacceptable. I do not recommend getting the cake pops there. Personally, for coffee it was alright but I would not go here again unless i was desperate.

Saige and the rest of the staff at Scooters kill it every time! The coffee is different than Starbucks so it may take a couple tries to find the right drink, Saige suggested the iced americano with a few tweaks for my liking and I haven’t gone anywhere else since! I’ve been recommending this place to everyone.

If you don't love Scooters, it's only because you have not been there yet. Superior coffee, excellent prices, and service?!? The friendliest and kindest folks work there. I've never experienced anything like the level of good quality service you get. It's always a great pleasure when I get to go to Scooters!

My first time trying out this place and I didn't know what to order. When I told the girl my drink of choice from Starbucks, she instantly said, oh okay so you want a BLENDED MOCHA...... ALL I CAN SAY it was DELICIOUS!!

The second time going through the drive thru - I can tell they were a little rushed because the line was quite busy but my drink was still GREAT!

Today was my third time since they have opened and I can now tell you I'm a new fan favorite. I ordered my favorite drink but this time wanted drizzle on top. I got to the window and she told me the price, I asked, "why the extra $1.00?" The girl said oh its for the chocolate drizzle on top - I was like, yikes, I'm sorry but hopefully you all haven't made it yet. She was like "no ma'am" BUT when I received my drink - She said the manager said the drizzle was on her today. Can someone say that I am...one SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

I love everything about this place. Best coffee and all the employees are personable, attentive and friendly. I will drive across town just to get this coffee. I am truly in love!
