Awesome coffee!
Breakfast croissant was super good, they don’t have decaf though! ☕️ 💕

The coffee was alright (I didn't get the CBD coffees), but they get their pastries from Koffeteria, and they are fabulous. The indoor seating is a little crowded for me to feel comfortable maskless indoors right now, but there were a few tables outdoors.

their pastries and coffees are good. I will say sometimes I see flies on their pastries or small bugs and it bothers me so i would appreciate if they covered their pastries more or bought some clear coverings to put over their pastries but overall, my experience was good and their coffee was bomb!

Coffee is super yum! CBD store products are pretty overpriced though...unfortunate. No reason to price gouge.

Can’t comment on the coffee, but the pastries were inedible and the hot chocolate tasted like sugar (not even a hint of cocoa). We got a banana muffin and a croissant. Both were dry and rock hard - basically impossible to eat! They shamelessly sold us extremely old and stale food. We always try to support local establishments, but this one is a hard no. Save your money and go somewhere else - there are plenty of really good options nearby.

Great drinks and amazing selection of CBD and Texas legal THC (Delta 8), as well as a great assortment of pastries. They even have a latte printer for fun custom latte art.

Grinder's serves some of the best coffee in Houston, full stop. Their espresso is always impeccably dialed in and all of their baristas are capable of serving a consistent cup of quality coffee, an accolade that I can't give to many other places. The CBD apothecary next door is also stocked with fun goodies and ample seating, making it a great pit stop on your way to (and from) work.

Love the drinks and pastries! Very tasty but I'm not sure I believe CBD actually does anything for me though.

Lots of good snacks and my Americano was top notch.
