They have boba!! Nice and friendly shop. They have a limited selection of those cute fancy donuts so come early. Asian BBQ kolaches are my fav.

Don't let the pictures fool you. The specialty donuts are not really available. Donuts selection is basic at best. This just just another run off the mill pop up donut place. I was expecting a selection closer to that of Voodoo Donuts, but was quickly disappointed. Pass on this place. To be fair I did not try their donuts, they may be really tasty. This review was based strictly off of false expectations.

Hands down the best spot for a quick breakfast in Nassau Bay. Donuts are great, amazing kolaches and the breakfast tacos are simple and neat. Owners are super nice and really care about the community and their customers. You won’t be disappointed at this local spot.

Great small business to support. Staff is super sweet. Vietnamese iced coffee is phenomenal and great food. BBQ, chicken fajita and even boudin kolaches!

I thought I was going to Shipley's but its changed now. I called my husband and he said nope stick to Shipley's but I saw all the different things they had and...yup the Donut Factory drew me inn. So I ordered kolochies and TOCOS!! Then I told her to surprise me with the rest of my order. Well we are definitely going back. Great food for great prices. Thank you so much. Everything was awesome

I was there today around noon and the lady working the window stole $1 and some change from me. I first paid in card and left, and realized they forgot my 2 small kolaches so I went back. She charged $5 for them. She walked away then came back claiming I only gave her $4. I didn’t fight her on it bc I was flustered, but I counted it twice before I gave it to her and I know for a FACT I gave her $5 as that was all the ones I had. She then tried not to give me any change either and I had to ask for my change and then she still didn’t give me the full change back. I don’t care about the money but it’s the principle of being finessed and stolen from. Also the paper the tacos come in was stuck to the tortillas so all the tacos ripped apart trying to open them. This was my first time here and I won’t be back.

Google sent us here instead of Dunkin’ Donuts and it was the best mistake Google’s ever made. Eclectic breakfast menu and everything is fantastic! Even the service. Highly recommend.

I go every morning I get the chance!! I love the attitude of the people every morning, every one I’ve sent there has made it their new normal spot!! Such a great variety as well. Love it there. (THE TAI COFFEE is to die for!!!)
