Food was excellent...but I ordered a a pecan pie and when I got home to eat it...there was NO pecans on it

I came here for lunch and it was great! Service was fast, the food was tastey with large portions! Really great bang for your buck! Reminded me of the small town restaurant I grew up going to.

Ordered a sandwich for lunch and when I started to eat it I noticed a strand of hair at least a foot long in my food. The waitress took it back and they remade my order. When I went to pay I was charged full price for my meal. I figured it would be comped if not at least a discount on my order but no. It was very disappointing they did this as I worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 yrs. and know that at least a discount was warranted. I will not go there anymore and I hope this doesn’t happen to another patron that eats there.

I love the mixture of food they serve. Chicken Fried Steak , Mexican food, sandwiches, seafood,and breakfast. The food is very good. I drive from Boerne once a month to eat here.

Great local restaurant serving home cooking. Substantial breakfast plates and good lunches with quality food and reasonable prices. Excellent service. We travel over 20 miles to dine there. Never a bad meal.

We love this place! Our favorite spot for breakfast on west bound treks. Everything we have had there is tasty and quite filling

I love the Longhorn Cafe! The menu is varied with gluten free options available- just make sure the wait staff know. you can get breakfast all day, my children love the pancakes, sausage, and waffles. My all time faves are the grilled avocado salad and the divorced eggs- the green sauce is spicy- even for a spice lover like me!
Keep in mind, they close early on Sundays and are closed on Mondays.

The Longhorn is a favorite for locals, travelers, and hunters alike. I highly recommend a visit!

Service was quick & cheerful, food was excellent & plentiful. The 1/2 order of 'chicken-fried chicken' was bigger than my head! Prices were very reasonable with a large amount of food! Well done!

I had breakfast and dinner here....and the food and service are excellent!

There "Ranch Hand Hamburger" has got to be one of the best and biggest burgers I've ever had and their omelets and homemade biscuits were "pure country".

I would recommend that You stop by here...but come very hungry...You won't be disappointed!
