I don’t know how properly to express: Billie makes *the best* cup of coffee I have *ever* had. Iced americano with a splash of cream (no sweeteners or flavors). The espresso is meticulously pulled, expertly roasted, carefully chosen. The true flavors of the bean shine through. Stop in for a great cup of coffee, and it maybe the best conversation you’ve had in awhile.

Great, cozy shop with in-house roasting. Billie Joe himself made my pourover (V60, it was great), and we had a friendly chat about beans and brew recipes. Will definitely be back!

I tried the Mocha Azteca and it was awesome! It's Abuelita hot chocolate with cinnamon and cayanne pepper powder sprinkle.

I stopped in yesterday to get a coffee on my lunch break and it was amazing! The best coffee I've ever had. Billie Joe made suggestions when I was unsure about what I wanted and he didn't get impatient with me. The customer service is top notch! I'll definitely be going back.

Billie Joe was very generous with his time and conversation as well as his coffee knowledge. He’s got a wealth of knowledge and the coffee is fantastic. Also Ru makes an amazing cortado. He literally competes locally and you can tell he’s serious. Awesome, awesome spot!

We stopped by on our way home to Louisiana. Grabbed a bag of beans the owner recommended, and an americano. The beans are absolutely delicious no matter which way I brew them, even with some trickier techniques. They just have that much flavor. I'll probably only be in the area once more but I will definitely stop here again.

Billy Joe is a wealth of coffee knowledge and his shop is a great place for a cappuccino, latte, cold brew, and just about any other form of coffee you can imagine. Excellent bean quality and flavor.

I ordered a latte, a hot latte 16 ounce size and unfortunately I made the mistake of not taking a sip of it while I was still there. I didn’t drink it until I was further down the road so it’s my fault for not tasting it right away. I was served a drink that tasted like water with a little bit of a coffee or tea taste to it: a bland, flavor-less hot drink. The server claimed to have experience, but I am sorry she did not make my drink right. I feel they deserve three (3) stars, because the atmosphere in the coffee shop was very nice and so was the server. She just didn’t make my drink right, I ended up overpaying for something very unappetizing and diluted. If I wanted a bland, over-priced and mediocre drink, then I would just go to Starbucks. Will not return.

It's a great, laid-back atmosphere. You can sit around, talk, and/or bring your laptop. They put a special touch to their coffee. Try them out when you get a chance!
