When you first walk in the aroma is v welcoming and grand!! The croffle was top tier, cinnamon iced coffee was as well! I will be back, I will be catching that vibe again to work.. Oh and the cashier and owner>> THANK YOU!!! The area needed this.

They roast their own brand of coffee. Every cup is absolute perfection.
The Americano is incredibly smooth and wonderful.
This is now my go-to coffee house in Grand Prairie and when ever I am in Dallas area.
I have stopped at coffee houses all over the world and this is definitely in the top class of good coffee.

Went for my first time today and tried their new tiramisu latte and it’s delicious! The people there are very sweet and kind & passionate about coffee! I can’t wait to go back, so happy a place like this is nearby me! Also the drink looked really pretty I was too excited to try it so these photos are after the taste test haha

Billie Joe Coffee Co. is an outstanding cafe! Billie Joe is the nicest of guys and his coffee is outstanding. In house roasting and a love for his art make all the difference.

I got a lavender latte, and it was excellent. The service was really friendly and patient, eager to answer any questions! They have a really broad selection of coffee available, they had 4 origins highlighted when I went in. Then they also have drinks like my lavender latte for the more casual coffee/espresso drinkers. I would also go back for the almond danish, which they warmed for us and brought it to the table! The atmosphere was clean and calm and comfortable.

We had a great experience here. The coffee was fantastic, as was the owner. Highly recommend giving this place a try! Definitely give their pastries a try for sure!

Very nice cozy place. The man making the coffee is very nice and explains the flavors. I had a cinnamon roll coffee but it really didn’t taste like cinnamon roll. I had the small coffee size they offer and i paid like $6ish i get a venti at Starbucks for almost the same price so i did think it was a bit pricey but i definitely recommend to try. I will be going back to try a diff flavor .

You have to stop by here! I was driving over to IKEA from Dallas and am so glad I stopped by here first. A local roasting company, all the coffee is roasted right in the shop and is fabulous. The owner Billie was there and struck up a conversation with me and we had a great chat. I will be making the drive again just to go back here.

It's been about a year of coming here. My review is still 5 stars but for a variety of different reasons. Billie joe coffee is superb. Natural processed, small batch roasted IN HOUSE, usually medium roast coffee. With the more traditional style menu and atmosphere, this place is a coffee snobs dream come true. Even if the beans "on tap" aren't your favorite, you can bet you'll find something enjoyable and great about them all the same. Easily top 5 coffee shops in the DFW area and I'm hoping it only gets better from here.

I love this place. Great environment, great coffee, and really nice owner. My husband and I visit usually at least a couple times a month. This place is awesome, give it a try if you haven't! The croffle is to die for by the way.
