The cutest coffee shop! The barista is a joy, and will certainly put a smile on your face. The owners are ex-military. The coffee was wonderful and so was the croissant sandwich. Highly recommend!

I've been at this coffee shop about 6 times in the last 2 months and today's experience has led me to leave this review in the hope they improve. I stopped by early in the morning to grab a latte. There were two young female employees who were not welcoming nor wearing their masks. They looked literally bored. As they saw us coming in the shop, one of them (lighter hair) stood by the register without a mask. Me and my husband were both wearing masks. When we asked her if they were wearing masks inside the store, she said 'it's not required' with a very indifferent attitude. Most of the Coffee Shops in Downtown do wear masks, are packed compared to this shop and baristas have a great attitude. I've also noticed in previous occasions that some of the younger employees here lack customer service etiquette and enthusiasm. I was once assisted by a lady in this same coffee shop who had a completely positive approach towards me and other customers. Perhaps they need management to coach them on how to make this business more appealing and have customers feel like they want to come back. Coffee and pastries are good but not better compared to the other places. The place is nicely decorated and cute. Hope they can improve. Best of luck!

Cute place, but one of the ladies (older looking) was treating employees horribly. Don’t know if she is a manager or the owner, but she was yelling at them and telling them what to do. I came one day in October and there were 2 girls that looked like they were in high school on there hands and knees scrubbing the floors! They looked like slaves! Very good coffee, but will not be coming back because of that.

We had the best experience at this coffee shop & bakery! The staff was knowledgeable & friendly, they had gluten free items & the iced tea was the best I've had in town so far! My friend enjoyed her latte as well. They have beautiful spots to sit outside & the kids enjoyed playing cornhole! We will definitely be back soon!

Had a lovely saturday morning at Rivery! Celeste made an amazing Oat milk latte. The almond crossaint was delicious and the ambience soothing. A must visit for your next coffee date!

Came on three occassions. Inquired about the quality of ingredients and Hannah was right on it. She allowed me to read the labels of the syrups used, as well as the carton for chai and gelato ingredients. Even offered me a few gelato samples that hit the spot. Iced chai was great. Came again today and Melissa serviced me well. She was very accomodating on all items I ordered. I requested my chocolate chip cookie warmed. Done. I requested a nice balance in honey and lavendar for the latte I ordered. Done. I requested her to throw down on my grilled cheese, ham and avocado sandwich. Done. No excuses or "I'm sorry we can't because.."... Done. That's what I like in business. I've got something that needs to be done - just tell me whose got a growth mindset that can get the job done and done well. You've earned my business.

I found myself keep coming back to this place due to its nice environment and cakes. Cakes are not too sweet, which I like. Coffee is also good here. One thing they could improve is their free WiFi, its non existence despite there’s a sign. Maybe they need to turn it on.

Great ambience, service, coffee and sweet treats. Melissa and team are an epitome of service excellence.

Coffee and desserts are always amazing but what is really impressive is the super friendly staff! In today's market it is hard to find staffing and a million times harder to find great staff! Melissa and the taller gentleman are super friendly and helpfu! Anyone can have good food and coffee but the great experience is in large do to the staff so thanks yall!

I ordered a breakfast croissant which arrived in a timely manner however the insides which were egg and meat were still cold. I had them reheat it, but it came back still cold. Not sure what they're doing wrong but it tasted okay although the cheese tasted strange. The coffee was good though.
