Summer Moon Coffee

The first time I went 2 months ago it was great. I told the lady taking my order it was my first time, she explained the menu well and although I wanted to try the nitro she said it was not working so I picked something else. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. 2nd visit still no nitro and my husband wanted a sweet coffee and explained that and the lady said she knew the perfect drink, to which it was not sweet at all but his pastry was good. 3rd time still no nitro but still advertising it on the menu. 4th time I tried the online order since I had 4 of my kids in the car I go in about 3 min before it was supposed to be ready, nothing and waited, running in and out to car and back as I saw other people show up and pick up there coffee. I even had a gentlemen offer me his coffee. Finally an employee gave me 5 seconds of her time and I asked about my order and she checked, did not see it and checked the computer and just said "the ticket never printed, I will print it and put it next in line." I said ok, my receipt just said it would be ready 20 minutes ok. To that she replied "ok, like I said I am putting it next in line." As she waved the printed ticket in the air at me. I had already been waiting and had my kids in the car so I did not have time to talk to her or the manager about it all like I normally would. But that was it, not that I expect everything free or anything but I ordered 2 coffees and 1 could have been comped or a pastry could have been offered and at the very least an apology especially since it was not my fault that the ticket did not print... but that being my 4th time visiting, I love the atmosphere and found my exact order I like unfortunately the false advertising and lack of good customer service has deterred me from wanting to give them my business or refer them to anyone.

Awesome coffee shop to go and study! There are lots of seats, tables, outlets, and free wi-fi. I got the Chai Latte with vanilla and mocha moon latte which were both warm and sweet. There are other restaurants nearby like mods pizza and chik-fil-a incase you want a lunch break. There is also outdoor seating.

They always do their jobs efficiently, very very friendly staff, and drinks are better than starbucks! Definitely a 5/5

My girlfriend has severe allergic reactions and even after requesting they remove it, they still including it in her drink and it made it extremely ill.

My first time visiting Summer Moon. I tried the Autumn Moon Latte and the Asiago quiche. It was delicious. Summer Moon has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff was very kind. Lots of seating. It’s a great place I’m excited to come back!

Pastries severely overpriced and undercooked, cold chicken, mediocre coffee and tea. The Cafe itself is nice but a pretty face but no substance doesn't really make a good business

Love that we finally have good coffee that isn’t 20 minutes plus from our house! Service is personable and friendly, but it’s a super popular place so plan to be there for a while. The coffee, seating, and atmosphere make this a great place to catch up with friends, study, or just enjoy your day.

The service was amazing. It was my first time there and no doubt McKenna made it so much better. She was the sweetest and gave the best reccomendation. Will for sure come back when I'm in town.

Best cup if coffee I've had since leaving California!!! Espresso has a wonderful softness to it that is missing from a Starbucks shot.
