Summer Moon Coffee

1st time in, surprised and appreciative of the quickness the menu was explained and my coffee was ready, as I was ony way to work and worried stopping in might make me late. Nope! I was early with a great tasting coffee! Being a Sunday morning the place was pretty loud, I wouldn't be able to read or study here but there is a big chance it could be quieter during the week... I'll definitely be back!

Today was our first time at Summer Moon. It was a little busy, but that is to be expected on a weekend. I was a little confused about what to order,so I googled the menu. I thought the moon milk was neat. It's basically a sweet cream. I had the Honeymoon Latte. It was very flavorful and frothy. Sweet and warm, not piping hot. Drinkable. It was not super sweet like a White Chocolate Latte at Starbucks. I truly enjoyed it. If it wasn't so far I'd visit more often.

Very kind staff, amazing drinks! I had the blue moon latte. Very sweet and had a hint of lavender, a nice change of pace! The interior of the shop is beautiful. I will be going back again and again! however the hours of operation are 7am-7pm. On google it says they’re open until 8pm

Been here a couple times this week alone. I have to say one of the best coffee than any conventional coffee stores. I have gotten iced blue moon coffee, iced matcha and winter moon latte iced all drinks having a 1/2 moon level sweetness. The menu is easy to ready and can adjust sweetness based off moon phases. Plenty of pastries and food for lunch to choose to eat. Service is fast and plenty of seating inside and outside. Plenty of parking which is shared with other stores surrounding the coffee shop.
Highly recommend especially their moon milk added to the drinks is outstanding.

Fast friendly service. There's parking in the back. A new red light allows easy side entry to reach additional parking in rear. While moon milk is yummy- they do have nondairy and figure friendly options. My fave is Keto blueberry muffin with brewed coffee. They are happy to add oat milk.

The coffee has been good every time I've gone and the shirts they sell are soooo soft

Favorite place to go and hang out! The treats are so delicious, but the coffee is even better! Love this place better than Starbucks!

I’ve contemplated writing this review until giving them another chance, but I may update it later.

I live down the street and have eagerly anticipated opening this new coffee shop since I found out it would be a coffee shop. Since their soft opening on 5/14, I have visited Summer Moon three times, each time trying to purchase cold brew. The first time I did not buy anything because I was unprepared and hungry. The second time I bought a winter moon sub almond milk. It was good, but not worth an hour and a half wait in line at 7:00 a.m. for coffee. The third time I was told they did have cold brew, so that’s what I ordered, and that is not at all what I received. Not sure what I got, but it was some random made-up concoction that was okay. The flavor is different, and you can taste the oak roast. You’ll also leave the shop smelling like it all day, too. The ambiance and decor have a nice vibe. It’s a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a book or catch up with a friend. All in all, I'm glad there is an alternative to Starbucks and Dunn Bros in town.

Nice & friendly host @ the cashier & fast service. Love the outdoor seats to just hangout ( to w/c I prefer during this pandemic ). Indoor is nice,too. I kept returning for their Moon Glacier Java chips ,it's my fave cold coffee drink this hot summer (sort of a milkshake consistency & taste but not rich @ all ,just right for me).Can't wait for the cooler Fall weather to come & try their hot coffee! They have lots to choose from .Yum !

Fun atmosphere, fun drinks.

Since moving to Texas it’s been fun to see the more sweet side to coffee and Summer Moon has that in deliciously creamy droves. The sitting areas are straight out of a page of a Magnolia Target aisle advertisement in all the good ways. Very modern, fresh, farmhouse feel.

PRO’s:
-VARIETY. You can have a very grown up, hot, black americano all the way to an extremely rich and creamy frozen coffee drink. If you want drink choices, you’re gonna have fun with the options available in tweaking your drink.
-ATMOSPHERE. Very Chip & Joanna Gaines, you’ll know it when you see it. It’s fun but relaxing. Also includes a sit down area for little kids.
-LOCATION. This is nestled quite nicely at the end of building with yoga and spin classes. Also, just across the street from HEB. So you can get your gym in, get coffee, then knock out some needed shopping all in one area!
-OUTDOOR SEATING. Don’t want to sit among other human beings? That’s cool, go sit in the front or the back of this building for sun or shade for self reflection as you sip on your cup-of-Joe.

CON’s:
-WAIT TIMES. It’s good stuff here, and people know about it. Thusly, you will wait in line, and wait after you’ve ordered, but this gives you time to have that meaningful conversation with someone, or yourself…
-NO DRIVE THRU. Maybe this is a good thing as it forces you to slow down and enjoy your coffee.
