The location is perfect and convenient, BUT as much as I love hot chocolate a small isn’t worth over $4 and to be completely honest the gas station’s hot chocolate taste better and is barely over a $1. This place’s hot chocolate is always watery and expensive sadly, definitely not worth $4.

Convenient coffee shop location if downtown. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Liked the coffee along with the looks and peculiar style of the building. 👍🏻

Great coffee place. They served coffee the way it is supposed to be, strong, bold and with character. What you get with your visit? Top quality product in a friendly place, next to the plaza, and with real friendly employees.
Anything more than you need? I don’t think so.
The only reason I don’t give a 5/5 is because sometimes the machine that makes the cappuccino is not working well and you have to wait for your coffee more than the usual. I guess I had bad luck.

We've been to Coffee Box numerous times, and while they have very good coffee, I'm not sure that we will ever return because they never seem to follow their published business hours. My husband and I travel fulltime and in early 2020 we rented an Airbnb in Anthony for 6 weeks. We discovered Coffee Box early in our trip and visited so many times. I fell in love with their iced coffees so we made the drive to El Paso many times despite it being an hour roundtrip. We were in Las Cruces in January 2022 and made sure to verify their hours before making the 2-hour roundtrip drive because we were so excited to patronize them again. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they were closed without explanation. This was not on a holiday, and the closing was not mentioned on their website or social media accounts. We were pretty upset, but despite that, we decided to give them another shot. We are back in Las Cruces for a week currently, and on our way through El Paso on December 30th, we stopped for drinks. Since it was so cool out, I opted for a hot drink this time and I absolutely loved my cajeta latte. I loved it so much, that we decided to make the long drive again the next day, but called and they were getting ready to close several hours early, despite their posted hours. We thought we'd go the next morning, but since that would be New Years Day, I messaged them to get their hours and they informed me they would not be opening until 3:30pm. Now, I can understand a business closing or altering their hours on a holiday, but why open a coffee shop at 3:30pm, especially on a day that most people could probably use a little extra caffeine. I'm sitting here right now thinking how much I'd love another cajeta latte before we head out of the area this weekend, but I don't want to drive another 2 hours out of my way only to find out they are closed. As a business owner myself, I can't understand how a business can get away with just being open whenever they feel like it, especially because I know Google frequently verifies business hours. Plus, why not use their social media accounts to share closings or altered business hours.
TLDR - excellent coffee drinks, inconsistent hours - also there does not seem to be any free or oversized vehicle parking nearby which is a bummer when we're in our campervan.

Was in town for one night and this coffee shop was within walking distance from my hotel, plus it looks cool so I walked over. I assure you it’s not just a neat building! I have to mention I couldn’t chill inside due to Covid restrictions so I got mine to go. 2 things; 1 my mocha latte was fabulous! Delicious without a doubt. 2 they come in larger sizes which for a video editor like myself is must for lasting more than 5 min. The woman working the window was super kind and joyful and it was a pleasure ordering from her. You could see her smile even with a mask on! (For the manager reading this, it was Wednesday June 3rd around 5pm I believe) please stop by and check them out if you are in this part of El Paso. *bought sticker for laptop 👌

I placed my phone down on the check out counter to pay and walked away for a moment. When I realized I didn’t have my phone 30 seconds later and and checked the counter, it was gone. I activated find my phone app and it showed up there for a while. There were no other customers before me or right after me so my only conclusion is that it was picked up by one of the employees there.
The entire coffee experience was ruined by the loss of my iPhone.

Coffee Box- I want to start by saying I LOVE THIS CUTE COFFEE SHOP! I HIGHLY recommend this place! I am a Matcha lover & there Matcha Smoothie was the bomb! I paid $4.69 for the large & it was great! I love the way the Coffee Shop is designed. The workers here are so kind & friendly! This place is awesome for a coffee date or to hang with friends! They do have a bathroom, and I will say the place is kinda small but it’s manageable! I love this place, really I do, it’s a cool place to visit in Downtown El Paso! You can get some great photography shots on the upper floor of the coffee Box! 😍😍 I also thought there Macaroons were tasty! I will certainly come back! An easy 5 Stars!

Love their coffee and service. Always make it a point of stopping here when I’m downtown. Can’t wait to try their Zaragoza location!

Had an iced oat milk horchata which was incredible and a very good raspberry danish. Great views of downtown from the 2nd floor seating area. Unfortunately there is no parking, I parked in the lot for 10 min to get my coffee and wound up with an $80+ ticket, as such I will not be returning.
