Everything about this gem of a place is wonderful.
Even though I am at only my 2nd visit, I am positive that this is one of Edinburg's best. This place is" Small business but BIG Energy". The baristas are charming and very skilled at their craft. I am sad that it took me forever to become a customer. I wish I had known earlier of this magical place. But I am certain that I will be a customer for life. Today, I left with two of the most delicious drinks and with some art. I am one happy gal! 2 days in a row, I have had the Applewood Smoked Latte..ummm YUM!!! Thanks to Erica Briones for making my morning the best morning I have had in a long time. She gladly offered me great coffee, art, and the best conversation I have had with a young person in, ...well, ever. Many a thank you's :)

I love it here! Super friendly staff, they know you by your name, college students are always here studying so it’s a friendly comfortable environment to either get some work/studying done or just hang out with friends or bring your puppy to socialize with people(: love it and totally recommend everyone come just for the environment the coffee is great too but they already know my usual (;

I love this place. I go to it to meet new Bumble boys and to study. The last few months I haven’t gone because they ran out of pastries everyday and also I would get some average tea. But yesterday they redeemed themselves! They had pastries and a new loose leaf tea company that is amazing. I am glad tea is taking off at the cafe.

It's a nice, calm, good coffee place. A alternative to other coffee places close by as it's not usually crowded but still has a good fair amount of people. It's also a great place to come and read some of the books on their shelves or to challenge your friends on some of the board games like monopoly or cards against humanity 😁

The coffee here really is amazing. But I always get it to go. I never hangout here. Personally I always feel like there is an unpleasant smell in the shop. And I feel like it's kind of dirty. I realize they are going for the "grungy" look but I think you can accomplish that & still have a clean place.

Amazing drinks, I tried the Applewood smoked latte. My first sip smokey notes followed by a creamy aftertaste with hints of vanilla delicious subtle flavour. A relaxed ambiance, friendly staff, beautiful equipment preparing a great cup of espresso, coffee or tea. Highly recommended for studying or just thinking and conversing.

On Saturday 10/19 at about 2pm we popped in after a visit to Edinberg to get coffee before we hit the road back to Houston. This is an eclectic coffee shop, which seems about halfway finished and like they might be working or decorating currently? The person behind the counter was nice, but in NO hurry (we had 2 people in front of us and with our two coffees which were THE SAME, it took about 20-25 minutes to get our drink) NOW that being said. The coffee was extremely delicious. They take great care in the quality of their ingredients and the perfect measurements to ensure a balanced blend of flavors. This MIGHT be why it took so long. If you're not in a time crunch (and maybe we are just used to Houston's "get them in and get them out" restaurant mentality) this seems like it'd be a great place to sit and study or have AMAZING coffee with friends.

I liked going to Grind, but now that I know my senior dog likes it too, I love Grind. Any place that allows me to plop on a couch with my dog has my heart and business. The coffee is on point, the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is great. Brownie points for all the love and head scratches they give Mocha.
