THIS IS MY FAVORITE COFFEE SHOP!! I absolutely love Grinds coffee, the flavor is unique and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, the perfect spot to study. You will find the coffee shop full of students most of the time, so if that’s the vibe you’re going for definitely stop by. Do not forget to grab a pastry, they are good.

Grind coffee is the best coffee shop in the Edinburg- McAllen area. I always get the cappuccino with two shots and oat milk, and the nitro cold brew with oat milk. The coffee used is strong and has set my expectations high. Recommend Grind Coffee 10/10.

Excellent coffee shop, and I don't mean excellent for the area, I mean excellent regardless of where it is located.

Clarissa was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Espresso was pulled perfectly and came out rich and velvety. The applewood smoked latte was great.

love it! Im excited that Edinburg finally has a good coffee shop for me to go to when I visit down here. Its not grossly sweet and fake like Starbucks. Their coffee is pretty damn good. Got some for my mom and sister and they really liked it too. I will definitely continue to go here everytime I come down to the valley.

Absolutely loved this place! I had been wanting to visit when I was a student at the university but never did. I eventually decided to go back and try it. It is no where near my house but it might very well be worth the drive. The coffee is delicious. The man at the bar is very friendly and makes it a point to call you by your name. He even remembered the conversation we had when I first came in about the beach and told me to have fun on my way out. They have great art on display. The restroom was clean when I visited and the seats were very comfortable. They have some board games for you to play while you're there.

Love their coffee but it is very inconsistent. On some days the coffee beans taste old and burnt, especially the cold brew. You have to come on a good day! But they have the best MATCHA !

LOVED this place. Got an iced mocha that was delicious. The employees were so friendly and genuine. The playlist was AWESOME. There was a point where a bunch of the customers were actually singing a 90's song together. It was fun! Can't wait to go back.
