Barista was very good at explaining the menu. Tiny little coffee shop. There was art for sale on the wall. Not much seating inside, but there is a large shared outdoor space with seating.

Love love love this place. Itโ€™s uniquely Duncanville. The owner and the baristas are all wonderful, and the coffee is good. I wish there was more space inside, but i still enjoy it. The outdoor seating is also very nice.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at open mic poetry night. ๐Ÿ˜ƒThe atmosphere was positive and coffee was fresh, hot, and amazing.
I will definitely be back, and I just might have a poem.๐Ÿ˜‰

Good coffee, but $5.95 for a vanilla latte is way too much. Plus it automatically adds a tip. So I ended up paying $6.78 for a latte. Itโ€™s not THAT good, thatโ€™s crazy. Take off the automatic tip, if I want to tip, I will. Now Iโ€™ll never return.

Came to meet a friend and gained anew place for amazing coffee/tea and the liveliest books! It's definitely a hidden gem! Go and sit outside on the patio! They even have mist fans to help keep cooling his Texas heat!

Very nice spot. Super relaxed and comfortable. Their coffee was great as well. Just an all around great place to visit and mellow out. Im totally gonna visit again and take my laptop and get some work done while sipping on their coffee.

Chill coffee shop with a cool and relaxing vibe. Coffee was great, i had the campfire s'mores latte i wanna come back and try their other specialty drinks. The barista Tristan is freaking awesome and nice. Wish it was closer to where i live.

Black & Bitter has become like a second home for me and my friends to get together and has played a huge part in kickstarting my music career by allowing me to play gigs at their First Friday events. Thanks for all the wonderful coffee drinks and good vibes! ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›

Love their coffee, they use counter-culture which is a really good roastery on the east coast. Wish they had more indoor seating, but still the best coffee shop in Duncanville
