Close to downtown and has plenty of parking and seating inside. Has a drive-thru with breakfast items to take on the go, and really tasty pastries! The coffee is excellent and locally roasted. The baristas are also really sweet and helpful. Love this place!

I’m drinking an iced latte (without syrup, whole milk), I can taste that the shot was dialed in correctly. Thank you!!! A standard 16 oz iced latte is priced at $5.41 before tip. The space is open, large, and there is plenty of natural light pouring in. There’s a charging outlet everywhere you turn. Sweet! I may return here for the coffee on occasion, but I’m disappointed that the shop was designed in a way that isn’t comfortable to spend time in for more than 5-10 minutes. The seating is terribly rigid and very slippery, ha ha. I’m personally more inclined to frequent environments that are cozy and relaxing to be in. I think the taste of the drink and the large windows are what I appreciate.

Super excited that avoca now has a location in Denton, we used to live in Fort Worth and loved their coffee. The bagel dogs are small but very tasty and only 2 dollars, the croissant was huge and very good! They also have a drive thru which is nice since it was raining the day we went. Highly recommend this place for coffee and a snack!

Avoca is a local chain. Their coffee is excellent. You can taste the freshness! I recommend the mocha, as it is made with Wiseman's chocolate (a Texas local chocolatier).

Always a perfect experience here! Their Mochas are out of this world! I’m just anticipating the day the get white mocha. But I always come here and get a bagel with my coffee. They give you the cream cheese on the side which I appreciate because you can put as little or as much as you want. Travis is one of my favorite baristas!! Give that man a raise for dealing with ME! Haha. Totally a Must-Go!!

Avoca is my go-to place for getting stuff done. It's bright, beautiful, coffee is great, and there are couches (my preferred work spot). I'm in an online school, so I'm here several times a week. I have barely anything to complain about, but there is one thing that drives me pretty crazy.

One of the machines makes a high pitched, endless, loud ring/beep. It does not stop... Literally ever. I can even hear it through my headphones and, on sensitive sensory days, it literally drives me insane and I have to leave :(. I'm not sure what is making it or if it could be fixed, but if you have auditory sensitivity, keep in mind that it will be like having a fly buzzing in your ear the entire time lol.

Other than that, the shop is definitely my favorite in Denton. Thanks avoca! I hope you can get the ringing fixed n.n.

Love the atmosphere and drinks here, always my go-to spot to study and get coffee. Had great service from Dani and Becca! :)

Beautiful open space with lots of natural light. Patio is covered with ample distance between tables. Pastries are delicious with lots of variety. Baristas are knowledgeable and accommodating. And of course the coffee rocks!

Avoca workers are so sweet! The baristas are not afraid to share their favorites on the menu and I have yet to be let down! The Charlie Sheen is definitely my favorite and it’s a one of a kind drink you can only get a Avoca 😉give it a try!
