It was terrible. Stood here waiting to get seated for more than 15 minutes. Never got seated or served so we left. Also a party of 4 left at the same time. Service is terrible

Food was OK.We saw the waitress a total of 3 times. Once when she took the drink order, brought the drinks back and took the food order then when she dropped the food off. I had to go out to the service doors looking for someone because there was no butter on my toast. There were no employees in The kitchen and no employees out where they do the dishes. I had shouted a couple times trying to get someone’s attention then knocked on the door. The manager was right behind me the whole time but i didn’t realize it until she turned towards me (didn’t even get up) and said kind of briskly “can i help you?”...I’m confused as to why she didn’t ask me what I needed when i had shouted a couple times before that. There was the one waitress working and 7 tables seated and more people waiting in the Lobby. Waited 15-20 min after we were done eating for the check which we didn’t even get. Never got any refills or another visit after the food was dropped off. It’s not the waitresses fault but it’s still not OK. Got up out of the booth and walked over to the register so we could get our bill and leave. The manager was at the computer at that point and i expressed my concerns to her and she didn’t even acknowledge that I had spoke and just told me my total. She’s clearly not experienced in customer service. Had she not been sitting in a booth the whole time she probably could have helped the waitress.

Pickup Order was messed up 3 times. They tried to correct forgetting the pancakes and 45 min later forgot the pancakes again! What!!! The order beginning to end was over 1 hour and this was nothing complex it was a combo meal. They are also out of to-go coffee cup lids so they gave me Mountain Dew. The Eggs, Hashbrowns and Bacon were thrown in 1 container and mixed like a smash mash. I think management needs a check in.

We hit 3 IHOPs just this week on our road trip and I sure hope this was a fluke because we normally have a great experience 😁 The other locations package everything nice and neat and in 20 min or less.

Wonderful experience!! After seeing all the poor reviews , but really wanting some ihop pancakes, we decided to take a chance and eat breakfast. We were there about 7 am on a Tuesday morning.

The restaurant was very clean and the hostess on duty immediately greeted us upon entering. She asked our preference on a booth or table. Before we had even sat down was asking if we would like to start with coffee. The coffee came right away with a pot in the table where we could refill ourselves. The order was taken quickly and brought to the table within ten minutes. The food was delicious and well cooked. The staff was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we were doing okay. We had absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. A wonderful experience!!

Michael introduced himself and made us aware that he just started and apologized in advance if he forgot or did something wrong, but also asked for our honest input while serving us... Michael, you did a GREAT job! No doubt about it. Ihop did amazing hiring you on to their team, continue the awesome customer service!

Sunday pm, just a few tables taken. 35 minutes to get us a Table for 10. 20 minutes to come take the orders. 15 more minutes to bring out the drinkks....THEN Almost an hour/ half came the way Over Cooked food...THAT WAS MOY COLD..ALSO,,, Nearly half of the waitstaff was preoccupied with their kids/grandkids that wetethere w/ other relatives,,,???+ practicing ZERO COVID PROTOCOL

We went to have breakfast, we had a party of 4. Jessica was our waitress. She made our visit extremely easy and relaxing. We usually get our order incomplete, incorrect or our waitress is in a hurry making you feel rushed. Not Jessica, she made her job look easy even though we know it is not. Everything we asked for was correct and if we asked for anything extra she immediately went and got it for us. I want the manager to know she made our day start off great!!

You wait along time in the front before anyone comes to sit you even though the place is 70% empty . Once you seat at tables it's more of the same ! To go orders are also the same wait time or longer

The only thing warm was the coffee. Had to ask for utensils, napkins, and almost everything we needed to eat. Staff was very inattentive. The best part of the experience was the wait anticipating a hot breakfast!! We will not be back!!

They never have enough staff, always have excuses on waiting time. For instance, we only have one cook tonight. We are running out of clean dishes. We don't have a big variety of food from the menu. They need better management and better staff
