Very slow service and waitress was not very kind or thoughtful when handing out hot plates. Waited about 45 minutes to receive our food. Very shocked at how overpriced 1 omelet was. I paid over $20 for a coffee and an omelet. Save your money and make breakfast at home.

You shouldn’t be open on holidays if you can’t handle the workload. Absolute worst service we’ve experienced. Steak tips very dry, no syrup with the pancakes and waited an hour over the suggested time period that the app said. Customer service was lousy as well.

Food was good, wait time approx15 min. Service notso good lady couldnt tell me about the free crepe promotion buy one get one free, i was charged for the second one so no free after all.

They were out of everything the hot chocolate was bland the coffee tasted weird and then we waited for our food for almost a hour the food was good but overall needs improvement

When I arrived, at least 4 dirty tables even though the place was relativelyempty, 1 of the employees was sleeping in a booth, not to mention my steak was burnt even though I asked for medium rare.

No one will greet you at the door. Every time I have been there I have had to track someone down just to get a seat and that's after waiting about 10 minutes each time. Nobody bothers to check the front. I'm not the only one in my party that's had this issue. Multiple other people in my group throughout the week of our stay has had this issue. Yes, the food is good as to be expected from IHOP but the service is lousy at best.

It took about 25 minutes before anyone came and took our order. Then when we got our food, the toast was dry like it's been sitting out for days, so wouldn't recommend anything toast !!

Went to get the crepes special and they didn't have any crepes. They did get my meal quickly, which is rare.

Seems like the manager might be the only one to handle things.
For me, it was an experience I do not & will not do again.
They were nice enough, but just didn't know what they were doing. Not trained very well, if at all.
