The atmosphere was a really great vibe! The service was very slow as we waited 30 minutes👎🏾 to place an order! However, since it was date night and the time allowed for great conversation! The drinks were pretty tasty and came out fairly quickly! The fried rice was flavorful and an excellent portion. The bowl was delish, filling, and had all the flavors popping! The spring rolls were very fresh. The egg rolls (shrimp/crab) were crispy, and my fiancé loved them! The downside was my bowl came with the egg rolls and although it appeared the insides of the rolls did not touch my food, something from them did and I had a terrible allergic reaction and had to leave immediately. *Warning: If you are allergic to crab or shellfish, be mindful of the dish you're getting.

OUTSTANDING VIETNAMESE cuisine! authentic! take it from a american born viet. this is close to "home" for public dining as you can get viet food wise.
ambiance is excellent with a nice chill vibe.
food is limited in photos but from my perspective... you have plenty of the "good stuff". they could use more photos for their dishes though. (plenty of dep gai too ;)
RECOMMENDED and WILL RETURN for more!

This is not your typical “Hey wanna try Vietnamese food?” kinda restaurant. Every dish is a song you’ve long forgotten until it suddenly played in the mall. All restaurant claim to have the authentic taste, and it isn’t an easy task when original ingredients are 8k miles away, but Ngon actually pulled it off.
Try Mi Go and Broken Rice, nostalgia can’t be put into words, but you can taste it.

YUM!! This was so fresh and clean tasting, very upscale feeling. Our server was able to answer questions we had about certain ingredients (specifically the pickled diakon in the fish sauce) as well as explain how one would mix the ingredients.
We ordered the pork spring rolls as an appetizer and both the Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong (upper) and the Bun Cha Hanoi (lower). They were fabulous!

Ahh love the food and atmosphere here!! Most of us had the beef pho and liked it a lot, Mi Go was delicious as well. Thumbs up for the bartender— our espresso martinis, especially the one made with Vietnamese coffee were awesome too. Will definitely get dinner at this place again!

The food is good, a bit overpriced though. We ordered beef pho, shrimp spring roll and bun cha chay. We stressed no meat only shrimp because my husband is pescatarian in spring rolls, yet we still got pork and shrimp spring roll. While I was taking photos I spilled the glass, the waiter just grabbed a towel which was not very absorbing, leaving me clean the table for quite some time. I should say helping customers is the basics a waiter should be doing! The environment is nice, like a spring outdoor picnic!

We stopped on a whim for dinner tonight and it was absolutely delicious! We sat on the patio which is dog friendly so our furry friend joined. We started with Gulf Shrimp Rolls which were incredible! My friend had the Broken Rice and I had the Vegetarian Curry. Both dishes were fantastic, we ate it all and our bellies were so happy! This is an awesome spot!

AMAZING! Best Vietnamese hands down in the city of Dallas. Yes I know there are lots of good options in Garland and other suburbs but it’s so hard to find it in the city.
Amazing amazing food. Great service. Beautiful ambiance. Love love love this place.

The BBH was so rich, flavorful, and the perfect amount of spicy. I am a very hard person to please when it comes to bun Bo hue but their BBH was too good not to leave a review. My fiancé had the bun cha gio thit nuong and he thought it was really good too. The egg rolls were large and it was a good portion size.

With the flight delay going home, I decided to go for Vietnamese food in Dallas. I found @ngonvietkitchen a Hanoi restaurant and found intrigued because they offered egg coffee. I had egg coffee when I was in Vietnam and dying to have it again. I have to say Ngon is amazing. I had visited many different Vietnamese restaurants including the ones in Vietnam and I have to say Ngon is definitely one of the best. I had the Banh Canh and my daughter had pho. I could tell they put a lot of love into making the broth. The noodle and cha siu definitely looked house made. The chicken wings were very good. So was the egg coffee. The only thing I would “complain” was the glass for the egg coffee was not wide enough and with the thickness of the egg foam I couldn’t get to the coffee without mixing it which the layering effect was gone. I sincerely thank Ngon’s chef (apparently is a female chef) and the wait staffs for such an amazing experience. Next time when I visit again I will definitely come back!
