Swanky place with really friendly staff. It was well occupied, but still quiet. The street is actually lined with magnolias. Overall really cool!

Not many options on eating, but the cookie and Americano were very good.
Great espresso, atmosphere is good, mellow coffee shop.
Really like the drawing on the wall that explains the differences in coffee orders. Will take pic next time

Lovely place! Very charming, great coffee.
Wifi is very solid. Cellphone connection inside is not the greatest (T-Mobile) so you may miss some calls. For working the ambient noise is nice, however to have work/zoom calls the atmosphere is a little too loud. Great staff, would recommend!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Magnolias has a very homey vibe to it, and there is plenty of seating, so it’s a cool place to work or hang out. They have an abundance of syrups and flavors, so you’ll never run out of lattes to try, or if you enjoy tasting the natural flavors of the coffee, they serve Avoca beans, so it’s high quality. The only downside is the parking- if street parking isn’t available, you’ll need to park in the office building’s visitor lot and then walk around the building (or at least that’s what we did). Overall, wonderful place for a coffee date!

Favorite coffee shop in Dallas. Nice atmosphere, good quality coffee, and fresh croissant.

Not too shabby of a place. It's dog friendly, legit dog friendly. They let you take your pet inside the shop so you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with your furry companion. I'm not much of a strong coffee drinker so I got the hot chocolate. It was super frothy and to me, foam is just "empty" space that eats up the ounces of your cup. To get more value for your money, opt out on the foam.

Super cute little coffee shop that has a lot of charm. Every drink I have had here has been great but I am partial to the Toddy au Lait. The sandwiches and pastries are also good.

It had a nice atmosphere. There were young people studying, friends meeting, business folks catching a break. The baristas were helpful and patient with my questions. It looked like there were a lot of interesting specialty drinks to try. I was also pleased to find the tea selection was better than your average coffee shop.

It was a cute coffee shop but the coffee didn’t seem very strong. Sandwiches were good for being warmed up but not made fresh. Bread was fresh.

A semi-hidden gem in Dallas. This beautiful decorated coffee shop is the perfect place to stop for something warm. I got the chai latte and my boyfriend got a caramel latte. Both were tasty and looked great as well. Prices are very reasonable, and the snacks looked delicious!
