Love this place! Delicious hot drinks and bake goods. Buttery almond croissant is a favorite. Clean seating indoor and outdoor. Adorable setting. Limited parking, but I usually walk here from Katy Trail.

Love it here. Their coffee is so good! I would come back here every day if I could. 2/5 days I was in Dallas, I came here. It was nice and everyone is friendly. Their croissants are so buttery. They also sell little gift cards. Adorable.

We came here for a light morning bite, we got their medium roast coffees and one of their special lattes (I forgot the exact name but something to do with roasted marshmallows) and it was so good and fresh. We also got the regular croissant, almond croissant and a chocolate croissant, plus their chocolate chip cookies - everything was awesome. The place is super cute inside and outside.

The 4pm-5pm happy hour is a real deal if you like frozen latte (its only frozen, not hot or iced latte), and if that time works for you. Parking isn't really a big deal, there is plenty curbside, though there is a 2 hour limit. Frozen latte is awesome (see photo). Plenty of space inside, including high chairs, sofas and chairs for any style study or just hanging out. I just wish they would add more to happy hours and that there was a garbage bag outside!

Turmeric latte was so smooth and loved it ! Pastries and concept of the shop was very nice. However I really didn't like the attitude of the lady (black hair and glasses) who works at the cashier. Disappointed part.

I own a coffee shop and cafe in Arlington, and as an owner, one of my favorite things is visiting other places whenever I’m out and about. Let me say, this place was a nice surprise and reminded me a little of my trips to Paris! I’m actually a little sad I didn’t know of this place sooner!

Pictured here is their Magnolia Latte, Caprese Sandwich on Focaccia, and a Chocolate Croissant. Everything was super tasty! The one negative I did have was the focaccia was too oily for sandwich. Good focaccia is usually covered in olive oil, but as a sandwich it just made it a little messy trying to eat—actually it kept falling apart and my fingers were very greasy. However, because it was so delicious, I kept finding myself eating it. 😬

The inside of this place was very inviting. Normally I wouldn’t sit outside, but the little chairs and decor beckoned me and I’m glad I did! I heartily recommend this place and will be back!

The Magnolia was amazing! Great variety of specialty coffees here and they all sounded amazing. Inside is beautiful and the patio outside was gorgeous.

Super adorable coffee spot!
Between the pop up shop, books to grab and read and the very good coffee this place is a win!
A great place to post up and work/ study/ read/ or just grab some tasty coffee !

Cute little coffee house. Outside is cute and cozy. I had a crème brûlée latte with a blueberry muffin and it was delish. Not enough coffee for one sitting but it was cute. Great spot to meet and chat.
