The coffee here is top quality. Excellent flavor and they know what they're doing in preparation. Cultivar provides a unique atmosphere as well as it cohabitation with a sandwich shop in a no frills industrial style decor. There is some bar seating as well as a few smaller tables. It's a good place to work or just take something to go if it's crowded.

A longstanding favorite of mine. They make their own almond milk and have good housemade syrups for those, like me, who enjoy a tasty latte. Their space is set up well enough to work for a while, and offers some bar spots for those that like to chat with the folks behind the bar. I've always been pleased with the excellent service here and will continue to come back to visit.

Love this place! Great breakfast spot! I recommend the breakfast sandwich. I had the jalapeno biscuit with bacon egg and cheese very fresh and quick. You order breakfast at the back counter. The coffee is great too. You can order your handcrafted coffee beverages, or you can get a drip coffee. The fixings for the coffee is on the opposite wall of the beer kodden behind the coffee bar. You order the coffee at the front counter. My favorite part about this place is the beer cooler. There is a whole back wall that has beers from all over the state. U can either buy the normal manufacturer made 6 packs or you can make a 6 pack of your choice of beers. This is a must go place.

The coffee is fantastic. The hot tea is even better!
The tea comes in a glass pot worth a small tea cup. I love that. I've asked for honey and it arrived beside the tea in a small dish with a little spoon. It's all presented on a small wooden plank for a tray.
They don't serve afternoon tea but you could enjoy afternoon tea there and pick up a biscuit or cookie from the dessert display.
There's an absolutely amazing restaurant that shares the space with them. I wish I could remember the name but I can't. It's a butcher type setting. I've been there for breakfast and lunch and WOW!!!! So good! Fresh meats! My son says it's the best biscuits and gravy he's ever had. And that man eats out a lot!!! I believe the same person that owns Blind Butcher owns this place. The deli sandwiches are phenomenal!!! Try the scrapple if you're there for breakfast. They make it fresh there.
The center it's in looks like a dive but its not. I drive an about an hour and 15 minutes to go there and it's worth it!!!
There is a wall length of refrigeration that a vast variety of beverage choices including alcoholic.
Worth your time to go!

Love the vibe here, people are super nice, and finally a local coffee shop with a dope breakfast kitchen. Love it here.

Terrible. It was my first time here and I was not sure what I wanted to order and had some questions. Pretty sure it pained this guy to do his job because every question I asked him seemed to bother him. Him seeming annoyed with me stressed me out (sorry that you’re having to do you’re JOB?) so I just ordered whatever. Forgot to ask for a different milk as I’m lactose and forgot to ask for it to be iced but he also didn’t ask me if I wanted it iced, Bc bare minimum is just too much for this guy. When I said that I meant to order it iced the guy rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed with me so I just took it and left. Bad customer service, so disappointing.

I go to Cultivar every chance I get. I'm a pretty standard coffee drinker and just get a drip coffee, but their drip coffee flavor is unbeatable. It's a little pricier than a cup of coffee at Starbucks but seriously blows Starbucks out of the water. Happy to pay a little more for a *great* cup of coffee. The employees are all friendly/fun, which I enjoy as a regular.

Enjoy this toaster and wanted to visit the mother ship site. Was not disappointed. Excellent coffee and a top sandy shop too

I ordered a monthly coffee subscription... because 1. I live 1121 miles away in Lakeland, FL, 2. I LOVE coffee and trying new brews. Well, Cultivar does NOT disappoint. There are many flavors and blends to choose from. One of the things I learned from ordering is a lot of the choices offered have been selected by the owner himself. And by this choice alone, the order supports the coffee farmer. Sustainable, economical, and Amazing Tasting Coffee... I love my cultivar coffee before church on Sundays and it carries me through long days at work each week. This is the coffee shop experience at home coffee subscription that we all need!

Coffee is a hit or miss. I usually get the cappuccino and sometimes they are good. Sometimes bad. They really need to work on consistency with the baristas one will add too much milk or water and ruin the flavor of the espresso.
