5 stars for Cheryl. Came in for coffee, first urn was out. I noticed a woman come out from behind the counter and place drinks in front of 2 men that walked in behind me. "Same thing?" She clearly knew their preferences by heart and was busy working on them before their butts hit the chair. I brought the empty urn to the counter, thinking, I know she is 1 of 1 and busy cooking for the 2 grown men who came in and the man with his son already seated. After a kind interaction with her, indicating I was giving a hand, I returned to the coffee station. As I poured my coffee, a man in purple approached me from his construction project. "You doin alright this morning?" I looked up and he stared me down over his nose. Now I might be misinterpreting the man, because when I ask a stranger if "Their doin alright" paired with that look, it is code for "You got a problem?". I said, "Good morning! How you doing this morning?" and went about pouring 2 barely hot coffees. I took my purchases to the counter and looked over the menu as I waited on Cheryl who was busily, happily working her tail off. The man in purple approached me from behind and asked if I was done here. I said, "Yes this is all I need." He rang up (2) 16 oz coffees, but then realized he under charged me after I handed him my money, and as he struggled to figure out those complicated, overpriced POS machines that some vulture probably sold to him with the guarantee of a low processing rate that only shot up 90 days into a 48 month contract with customer service no where to be seen, who did he call over to help him find the delete key? Cheryl. She whipped right up with a warm smile as he narrowly navigated technology without needing her after all, and she returned to tending the food she was preparing. Hands down, Cheryl is running that place and deserves every good thing she gets out of life. Enjoy your busy season.
First visit made me want to make a 2nd visit. Muffins & Pastries looked delicious. I saw hash browns on the skillet and have not stopped thinking about them since...
Cute shop & nice employees, lady up front was super sweet. I ordered an iced coffee, was super excited for it…and it was horrible. Do not recommend they’re iced coffee lol
You would have to be crazy or seriously desperate to buy coffee here.... waited 30 minutes for a half of cup of late which was $5.50. Extremely slow service and breakfast looked even worse than the coffee.... I know menu says they do late's and fraps etc... don't waste your money!!!! horrible experience.
