Homey coffee shop with a lot of character, conveniently located in College Station. Friendly and energetic staff, and a good selection of hot and cold beverages as well as various small food options. Fast and reliable wifi and a decent amount of outlets makes this is pleasant and effective place to work for a while. Beware as some tables are wobbly and this place gets very crowded in the evenings while classes are in session at TAMU. Typically open early in the morning until late in the evening

My ALL-TIME favorite coffee shop EVER! You must try the Snickers Latte, iced or hot. It’s the best I’ve ever had and truly tastes like a Snickers candy bar! The unique, eccentric atmosphere is fun and offers great conversation starters. The pastries are good, too. The Nutella Cheesecake is my favorite!!!

Bias alert, my daughter works here. Today, I took my 5 year old great niece to Sweet's, to hang out while we waited for my daughter.
We order strawberry smoothies and a piece of red velvet cake to share. We are served freaking fast, and make our way to a cozy spot in the back with two comfy cushioned chairs and a little table. The smoothie is perfect - that sweet spot of sweetness (but not too much of it), and ice and plenty of fresh strawberry blended just right - not too watery, not too ice-crunchy. The red velvet cake was the best. I am not much for desserts, but I could eat that any day. The cream-cheese center and frosting was... ahhhh!
The atmosphere here is always great. As usual it was filled with college age students, but no one gave any weird looks at the older guy reading a children's book to his 5 year old friend.
If you're out with your wife, or friends, or just yourself, this is an excellent place for a good cup of coffee (have had many of those), or a great smoothie (first time I tried that) or dessert (first time trying that red velvet, and holy smokes was that good).

This is a staple for College Station coffee! The coffee is here is solid, but the main event is the environment. The inside is decorated amazingly and provides and warm feeling to visitors. There are also many affordable food options. This is a great place to grab some Java, talk with friends, and play board games. Would definitely recommend!

Best coffee ever! I wish there were a place like this in Charleston, SC exceptional service great prices and did I mention the super sweet smiles. Yes folks you can get doughnuts,cheese cake, wraps and more. So glad I made this stop.

Love the coffee and atmosphere here! It's always busy though which sometimes makes getting my coffee fix a bit tough but the specialty drinks are always amazing. Try the Nutty Irishman or the Snickers

Good coffee and bakery items, but the best part about this place is the atmosphere! Tons of cool rooms and seating options for hanging out or studying! The coffee is pretty good, the tea options are really great, and the donuts/bakery items are awesome.

I've visited more than a handful of times over the years, gotten a variety of drinks and donuts offered. There were some drinks that were better made than others, all depending on the barista that's working when you visit.

The various donuts and cakes were consistently good over the years.

Sweet Eugene’s is the ONLY place to go for a relaxed, eclectic, comfortable cafe experience in College Station. My family and I have been constant customers since 1995 and it has become a weekly (sometimes more frequently!) mecca for us to work, study, meet friends, play games, and genera enjoy ourselves.
