One of the best teahouses in BCS. The restaurant right night to it also has amazing pho. I recommend the beef pho with round eye steak and meatballs. Absolutely amazing. This place also makes amazing bahn mi. I'm from Houston and I've definitely had my fair share of place like this, but the food and service are definitely an experience. Check it out!

Not the best boba I've ever had but definitely the best in College Station. The pearls are high quality and sweet. Also, the customer service is really good.

The banh mi portions are a little small but then this is the only place in town that serves them. The various teas are reasonably priced but the boba in my tea was undercooked.
Have had worse, and better in other places.

Dirty tables, no one to clean up the tables. Drinks okay only. Abit pricey compared to the quality. I had a honey green tea with grass jelly, the tea was so blunt without honey taste. The washroom was clean though.

Friendly service and quick service. Bahn Mi is alright but as someone who’s tried ALOT of Bahn Mi, this place is decent but not ground-shatteringly jaw-dropping which is totally fine! Drinks are pretty good and all in all was a great experience!

It was great, the staff is super friendly!! I love the various drink customizations and menu items available! Great place to hangout after a long day with friends and catch up on a little studying!!

The shop was clean and very cute! The food (banh mi) was great for a little meal and the ice cream was tasty too. I would definitely recommend this place to many friends

Their Thai tea is a real deal and believe me since I am from Thailand lol

This place is a gem on the A&M campus.... games, food, drinks are ALL fun and fantastic!!! Place you can bring the whole family and look for the funny signs... the owner has a sense of humor.
