The drinks are nice and the vibe is great but their beef Bahn mi is disgusting. I hate to rate it so low because they have a nice atmosphere but that beef they used left such a terrible taste in my mouth

probably my favorite place to chill with a friend in bcs ! I remember there was a passion rose bubble tea around summertime. I cannot stop thinking about it to this day.
straightforward menu -- everything is pretty good !

the bahnmi is yummy & it's easy to share a large and a bag of chips with a friend for a cheap bite. the egg is a dollar extra but I would recommend getting it : )

The space is nice, and the food looks good. But the green tea I ordered was terrible. SO bitter. Either oversteeped or steeped WAY too hot. I don't know if that's their standard way of doing it or if it was just mine. But that seems like something that a place with "tea" in its name should get right. Tea is not supposed to be bitter. // Edit: went back a couple weeks later and got a different tea, and it was also super bitter. Like the level of bitter that makes you scrunch up your face with every sip. Really strange why a place that's named for tea can't get tea right.

Good place for boba. A little small physically so it can get crowded when busy since it's popular. Close to the college campus. Good service. The parking outside is paid but if you don't spend a long time there it probably doesn't matter.

This is a good place but I am giving two stars for the following reasons:

1) Don’t get jalapeños in your sandwich. I usually eat spicy food so I didn’t ask them to exclude anything from my sandwich. However, I didn’t know that they will put such big long chunks of jalapeño in it. My mouth was burning just after few bites!! I am surprised none of the reviews here say anything about this, makes me wonder if that was a specially made sandwich for me. :)

2) Also, they put a lot of sugar in the milk tea if you don’t specify how much sugar you want. Make sure you specify while ordering, otherwise they won’t ask for it and make it 100% sweet by default- which is very sweet.

Banh mi sandwhich is good, but overpriced. As a Vietnamese, I can understand from several aspects of business but that price is a little too ridiculous. Please lower your amount of sugar. I stopped ordering boba tea because I cannot afford 4$ for sugar water.
Salted coffee boba was decent, with like, 10% sweetness.
Sorry but I won't return. Hope your business does better.

Not the best boba in college station, but surprisingly has some of the best sandwiches, if you like bahn mi you need to check this place out. Probably the most well rounded boba place in a hundred miles.

Bon AppeTea is a new boba place in town and definitely it's worth a try. I've tried all the boba shops in college station and this, so far, is one of the best. Location wise, it's near campus and is a great place to study because they have a lot of electrical ports n fast WiFi. The only cons is that they don't have a lot of parking spots so parking would be a problem!

I highly recommend y'all to try out this boba shop!

Drinks and the service are amazing!! I’m a food fanatic and also very picky with my choices. However, this place surprised me with the quality, authentic milk tea taste given limited choices around College Station. If you are just stopping by or live around this area, definitely check this place out.

Been going for a couple years now, great drinks and Bahn Mi, and super convenient location to campus, almost always on my route. Been my boba place and gonna stay my boba place.
