I don't know if she was a cashier or what but she treated my daughter and I like we were bothering her. She showed no interest in our business. We noticed her walking around the store and once I made contact with her she pretended as if she was busy and ignored me.

Staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and kind!

I almost felt invisible when entering the establishment, as there was no formal greeting or acknowledgement of my presence. Upon finally engaging with several staff members regarding specific material i was searching for, they were fairly knowledgeable and somewhat helpful informatively, yet unsatisfactorily, their knowledge was produced rather quickly and abruptly utilizing a borderline rude and irritated dismissive tone

Very nice place to study in. Can't express that enough. Being a fan of learning and literature myself, I could spend hours contemplating which books I would enjoy the most... If I could afford all of them. The prices are more brand than quality but if you're looking for anything moleskine, they are sure to have them in stock.

If you think a Barnes and Noble in a college neighborhood has to be a little extra-special for book worms, this is the spot to visit.
Shoutout to the amazing cashier lady with gray hair.

Great time at Barnes and Noble college station as always. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great savings today and good finds.
Barnes and Noble college station put on a Lego movie Lego building event today that was so much fun for the family and bonus it was free.

Not the best laid-out Barnes and Noble, but usually has everything you need if you can find it.
The lay-out doesn't really make sense. For instance the periodicals are way in the back in the middle of the book section instead of near the registers. Then there's a whole section of over-priced toys spilling of the kids section into the book section. Just stuff like that. Makes it a little hard to find stuff some times. Overall a mediocre B&N.

Always love going to Barnes and Noble

Hard to see how Barnes and Noble will be able to continue to compete with the behemoth Amazon. The store was mostly empty. No one really tried to help as I was looking for a book. They did however try to upsell me to become a "Barnes and Noble member" more than once. They need to figure out a way to get more people in the store or they might be in serious trouble

I guess I am impartial because where I live, there aren't any Barnes and Noble, but it felt really good to be there. We were looking for a specific book, but it wasn't there. When we checked online, it was sold out everywhere. They also provided promotions for their cafe.
