I called to order a book and after taking my information they said they would email me when it was in should be about 10 days. Well, after 10 days and no word, I went up there and they ordered the wrong book. No problem, everybody makes mistakes. So, the guy sends me up front where I am waiting behind another lady. Then he walks away and doesn't say a word and another lady comes to the register to his right and starts waiting on people behind me. Never once did she acknowledge me and the guy never came back so I ended up waiting through three other customers. When she finally waited on me, she didn't smile, didn't apologize nothing. I really did not mind the wait and everyone is entitled to a bad day, Lord knows I have had them myself. I just hope they improve the customer service because I do love the store!

Best bookstore destination in College Station for grown ups and children, with a fine selection of (educational) toys for kids of all ages. Kids activities on Saturdays are well organized and enjoyable. Our kids love B&N. The B&N Café could be improved in particular adding some low calories yummy selections, improving the way the coffee selections are prepared (e.g., there is no difference between a cappuccino and a latte), and by adding a 'small' coffee size and choices (e.g., Cortado) to the menu because large coffees taste just as a big cup of milk.

Its a Barnes & Noble. Its where I get all my gifts for people. Helpful staff here though and the store always smells nice and is very clean.

Great place for me to look for books for my kids and myself. I ask someone for help , she was a nice person recommend me the book i was looking for. It was nice to know someone else view on a GED prep book. Thank you

Took awhile to check out. A lady was by herself at the register while 3 others were chillin' around the Customer Service Kiosk. Could have been better.

Nice place. Wide selection of books. They even have a Starbucks inside.

I love this place. Nice customer service and amazing selection of books. I picked up 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' and it's amazing so far.

Very large Barnes & Noble with a large selection of books and a Starbucks-branded cafe with WiFi. Note that your Starbucks app will not work for purchases at cafe. Two bathrooms are clean but not unisex. More books than most B&N stores, perhaps because of proximity to Texas A&M University. Large magazine section with seating nearby. Customer service strangely copped an attitude when I declined to join B&N rewards program at checkout.
