Have never felt so insulted in my life. Standing at the counter waiting patiently while the lady in front of me get served.. three staff member never acknowledged me and actually walked off. Really? Where is the customer service. Why be so ugly to people? Lost a loyal customer

As usual spent too much time in store filling up 2 baskets. But not too much money. Had a 20% off birthday discount on my phone part of their FREE members club. So looking beautiful for several summers to come. Thank you AT HOME. Guilty pleasure worth my time.

Honestly I was in shopping in this store. I parked my car their parking lot. They allowed me to park there. But really really big store. What I saw what ever you need for your home , you can get from their store. One more thing I wanna add their employees are very friendly and helpful.

Lots of selection on home decor. Prices are high for the quality of goods though. They also put out seasonal items many many months in advance (Christmas decor gets put out in August). They usually have fantastic Halloween decorations, but this past year their selection was limited and they took down the Halloween section halfway through September to make room for the Christmas decor.

Liked what I saw while tagging along with a shopper...I'll go back when I can take time and be the one doing shopping...

Great place to shop. Tons of great items at great prices. Employees are very nice and friendly, even when a customer acts like a rude, entitled a-hole. If you want a doormat, buy one, they sell them there, but don't treat the people who work there like one. The customer is not always right. Be kind.

I was very excited for the store to open only to be disappointed. The layout is rather confusing. They carry of decent assortment of some things. the furniture like items are a very low quality but of very high price tag. They have a few rows of other kitchen accessories which are priced will the selection is limited and not of the best qualities. They do have some brand items and decent seasonal selection but overall not what I expected and not anyting I would make an extra special trip to go to.

Very poor customer service for returns. I had a defective curtain rod and wanted an even exchange. I was told to get at the end of the checkout and then I could get a refund. I would then have to go back and get the new one and get in line again. Not good service.

The store manager Pam was very helpful & pleasant with us as we shopped for my daughters new apartment. It’s people like her that keep me coming back to certain places! Thank you Pam for your help & for your patience.

Home decor Walmart style. No employees around at all. One checker. We had to dig out the rug we wanted from the bottom of the rack. We stacked the rugs on the side because we couldn't find any one to help. Sorry about that. Get someone to help out folks now and again.
