Is been twice that I go to this Shipleys because is closer to my house and both times I tell the same lady “HOT donuts” and both times I get them cold. The lady only has one job to do and can’t do that. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

We must have high standards of donuts from home in seattle area. The search continues for good donuts as replacement here in our new area. These were like store bought, nothing special. This particular store is run down and kolaches were not fresh. The girl could not wait to he rid of customers.

Really nice place! Every that works there treats you like family . They always make sure you are having a nice day. The food here is also really good. I recommend the fresh glazed donuts and one of their kolaches. Make sure you say fresh glazed donuts because they might give you one that wasn't just made. A tip is if you want to fresh donuts, go there early. I recommend going there at around 7-8 a.m maybe 9 at the latest.

Something about Shipley's they always seem like day old donuts.

Large variety, even if it is closer to closing time. Very kind.

A friendly lady behind the counter serving up fresh cinnamon rolls and chocolate milk. What more could you ask for? 5 stars of 5.

My first time at Shipley's, I walked in sleepy eyed and confused. The nice counter lady said, "First time?" with a smile and guided me towards a Bavarian creme and now I'm hooked. Krispy Kreme pales in comparison!!

Won't go back to this location. I've been here three times and every single time the woman who works here is so rude.

One morning I took my three year old here for a donut date by herself since we recently had a baby. I wanted to do something special and one on one with her and all she wanted was to go get donuts, but our regular shop was closed as it was a holiday. I called this location to make sure they were open before I drove there and the lady who answered was extremely rude. I went anyways because I didn't want to disappoint my daughter.

We arrived, bought our donuts, and as my daughter sat in her chair she tripped and fell and dropped her donut. I got back in line to get her a new donut. When I got up to the front I said, "My daughter dropped her donut, I need to buy a new one." I repeated this three times as the lady stared at me. Finally I just blurted out, "I need to buy another donut!" She turned around without saying anything grabbed exactly the same donut my daughter had before, even though she was acting like this was he first time she was seeing me. All she said to me was the price of the donut and nothing else. When I order from somewhere I'm always courteous and kind, saying please and thank you, but this lady acknowledges none of that. Not even a thank you for my business. As we were leaving the store my daughter waved at the lady and said, "Thank you! Have a good day!" The lady didn't say a word. Come on! She's a three year old and she's being a sweetheart! At least acknowledge her. My daughter looked at me with a sad face as we walked out.

Everybody has their bad days, however not once in the three times I've been in here has anybody that works here cracked a smile or said thank you. After reading a couple of the disgusting and unsanitary reviews of this place I will certainly not bring my child here for donuts. I wish I'd seen them sooner! I'll stick with my regular shop. I only came here because they were the only donut shop that was open.

As for the donuts, they're donuts. Just regular plain old donuts. Nothing spectacular. Nothing special. Definitely not anything to write home about.

I'll take my business somewhere that it's appreciated.

The best hot glazed donuts I've ever had! And there kolaches are great too! One of the most popular breakfast items in Texas!

Good as expected and very convenient. But at least they got kolaches! Leah is very nice here.
