Wonderfully quaint & cozy cafe with a great & delicious selection of breakfast & lunch foods. The quiche was amazing. They also have wonderful sandwiches on freshly baked bread and rolls. This cafe has a wonderful vibe and great ambience. It’s a hidden gem that you could almost miss when driving. Definitely a must try when in Bulverde. Also there is nearby shopping in cute shops.

I stopped by for lunch and decided to order an Italian Sandwich meal. The meal combo comes with a side, drink and a sweet (Cookies). The sandwich was excellent and tasty; I wanted the soup but had to settle for veggies sticks... Now that I remember, I didn't get the chocolate chips cookies... 🤦🏻♂️
Anyway, cozy little place with good food and friendly staffs. The seating could be a challenge if arrive with a larger party. Overall, I will definitely revisit next time I'm around.

Adorable bakery! We loved our sandwich and salad. There are two patios for outdoor seating one of which is pet friendly. Hope to return and try more of their menu items.

Outstanding service and food. We went for the first time today. My husband had the chicken and Brie sandwich and I had their club sandwich. The meals came with chips or fruit, drinks and a cookie. For dessert we ordered the lemon cheesecake. Everything is cooked from scratch in their tiny kitchen. We will be going back pretty soon just to taste more sandwiches.

This cozy bakery was great for our Saturday. We just started driving home from Guadalupe River State Park and decided we were hungry for lunch. We looked on google maps for open restaurants. We eventually found this great place in downtown Bulverde. It was a short drive and on our route back to San Antonio. We got to the place around 1:20pm, 40 minutes before closing. The employees there were REALLY nice!! We sat outside since it was a nice day, and one of the employees was really kind to give us an automatic fly swatter fan because there was some flies outside. It worked pretty well, and we were glad we had it. I ordered the Italian Sandwich with chips and a choc. chip cookie, and it was really good! I asked for a few toppings off and they did it great. After ordering at the counter, we asked for a sample of hibiscus candy which was surprisingly really good. Once we got our food, (which was pretty fast, it came out from 5-12 mins for 3 sandwich meals) I could taste the pesto in the sandwich which was really amazing! The chips were kettle and were REALLY good 😋! We also ordered some hibiscus tea which was also a great drink that I really loved. It wasn’t too sweet, and wasn’t too plain, but it did taste like more hibiscus than tea. When we left, they had free plastic to-go bags to take, which was really helpful because we had leftover food. Overall, 5 out of 5! Love this place!

Quaint little brunch place in downtown Bulverde. Pricey but not unusual for brunch eateries. Total for 2 including tip was $46 (breakfast sandwich w/muffin, quiche w/muffin, 2 drinks, and macaroons). All food was tasty and enjoyed. Quiche slice was substantial. Mini muffins are definitely not worth what they charge. I'd return as a treat but too expensive for general dining. Cashier was extremely friendly.

Cute as a bug’s ear and amazing quiche. Super easy access off 281 north or south bound. Also close to 46 via Bulverde Road. Friendly, helpful service. Darling farm house decor. Small step up for wheel chairs and strollers- very small inside but those could be accommodated normally. Outside seating makes it pet friendly. Over all a neat small town find!

A store owner recommend this place for lunch. It’s small, but quaint. You wait in line to order your food and then find a place to sit. There’s indoor & outdoor seating. Staff are friendly and working hard. All the food is fresh and made to order. There is a bakery section with pre-made items available for purchase. The salads & flavored lemonades were delicious! I can’t wait to go back!

The food is definitely worth the drive. My only complaint is that it takes so long to order. If you get there after noon, you could be in line for 30 minutes. They only have one cashier taking orders. There is not enough seating inside so if the weather is cold or rainy be prepared to potentially sit outside. Food, pastries all exceptional even if you have to get it to go. I don't recommend chicken salad.

We arrived a little too late for breakfast, so ordered sandwiches instead. Generous portion on the chicken salad and I enjoyed the chopped up 'real' ham vs deli ham/water product I was expecting. Tomato bisque was good, and although I was hoping for a muffin with our meal deals, they came with cookies which were still delicious. (They may have been out of muffins already). Fantastic breads!
