Good tea selection and decor. A forgettable service experience. First of all, as first timers it’s a bit tricky to order your tea from the vast selection because the workers are busy flirting with each other behind the counter and have no interest in helping you. The menus dont have prices and are very confusing. We had to look up the menu online to order. Finally a girl did help us out though. The tea was really good. Would have been a 5 star review if we left just after having the tea. But decided to try out the tacos. That’s when things started going downhill. 20 mins later, no taco. Wife went to check. They had no idea on status. A few seconds later tacos come out. Immediately we could see they messed up. We asked the guy behind the counter to explain which was what. He had a hard time. He didn’t event know what went in which taco. Heck, he couldn’t even tell grilled chicken, shrimp and beef from one another even after you lay it out in front of him. I don’t want to know how they are running the kitchen in there. He promised to have it redone in 15 mins. So that’ll make it a 40+ min wait for 2 tacos. Politely declined took my refund and walked out. Bottom line - good place ruined by the staff. If the staff are the owners, they need to shape up and start taking things seriously.

.I have never been to a coffee shop like this. It's very homey and comfortable. I always enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is awesome.

I had an hour to kill before an appointment and looked for somewhere to hang out. I'm so glad I found this place.

The tea selection is phenomenal as is the food. Definitely not your "normal" coffee shop.

Skip the big name coffee and hang out here. Have lunch here. You will be pleasantly surprised.

We stopped by here on our drive from Austin to Dallas. The coffee flavors are AMAZING! Absolutely loved the coffee.

I'm sorry I ate half of my tacos before I thought to take a pic but Y'ALL THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!! And I also ordered a vanilla creme blended something that was to fricken die for 😭😭 SO SO SO BOMB Y'ALL I can't get over it!

Excellent experience, service was immaculate. I was there a few weeks ago and the barista Sophie was especially friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

The atmosphere is great! I only got the hot chocolate, but it was delicious. My husband goes here a lot, and he loves hazelnut coffee!

The tacos are usually good but the service is horrible as all get up.... literally this is the 4th time i walk in and wait while they chit chat behind the counter ... then in between chit chats they will look at you, say nothing and keep chit chatting....yeah not coming back

What a gem! We stumble across this big beautiful coffee shop after feeding the ducks downtown with the children. The staff was super sweet and attentive. They made the kids all fresh hot chocolates and we got better than Starbucks lattes. The building is older so you wouldn’t expect the breathtaking spacious charm that is on the inside. I got some medicinal local honey and my friend bought a delicious coffee blend. I can’t wait to show more of my friends!
