Food and drinks are good but service is terrible. Multiple times I have gone in to get a drink and a pastry, thinking it should be quick, only for them to forget about my order and leaving me waiting for half an hour. I don’t like being rude or pushy to customer service workers so I don’t like to rush them but then I see people that ordered way after me get their things while I’m still waiting. When I finally go up to the counter, they just say “sorry” and just start making the order then, after I’ve been waiting for a long time. I wasn’t going to leave a review originally but it has happened multiple times now. The staff is inattentive and spend half their time talking to each other instead of paying attention.

Extremely rude staff. Usually they are nice, maybe someone was just having a bad day. I waited after my group and when I went the cashier was mean mugging me the whole time even though I hadn’t said a word but my order, and I still tipped because I’d feel bad if I didn’t!
Drinks aren’t good enough to even suffer through being treated like a bug 😭. Watered down lemonade that tasted like if I made it at a restaurant table with a couple sugar packets and the little lemon slices. Wasn’t today but I thought I’d leave this experience because this place has been disappointing lately.

I love Arushas! The atmosphere is cozy, warm & inviting. You want to stay to read, visit with friends while sipping your coffee or tea or try their delicious food. I also get my coffee for my auto-drip machine at home. It's fresh & they grind it for you if you want. I found that it's a little less than what I was paying at the big box store for less quality.

Found this little gem during spring break. It was a fantastic family friendly experience. They serve tacos, coffee, tea, and pastries. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We ordered the chips and queso, it was delicious. We will definitely stop in the next time we are passing through.

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday. I had Santa Fe tacos and they were delicious! My wife had the same and our friend had bulgogi tacos. The chips were good but the salsa was bland and watery. Service was friendly and our order was completed quickly. They did not have a good soft drink selection (it's a coffee shop after all). This was the first time I have ordered food here and I will order again, maybe I'll try the bulgogi tacos next time.

I absolutely adore Arusha's! From the outside it seems unassuming but the inside definitely surprised me. The multilevel floor plan is fun and I like the cozy feel of the lower floor. Their tacos are delicious and have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered from their menu. I love that coming here after work on a Friday afternoon and unwinding before heading home.

beautiful! super nice employees. reminds me of georgetown square 10–15 years ago 😄 lots of seating. bathrooms were a little dirty/dim but not completely disgusting

The ambiance of this cafe is comfortable and flows with positive energy. It provides tasty French cafe foods and wonderful drink varieties in hot and cold temperatures. Their breakfast tacos are simple, full of flavor and made fresh on order. I loved my first visit here and will be doing more business here in the future.

The coffee here is amazing. This is a very nice coffee shop that roasts their own beans. I prefer an espresso without any added flavors and the taste of the coffee is amazing. I often buy beans to take home and make my own espresso shots. The prices are unbeatable also. Only tried a couple of the tacos and have to say the tikka tacos are amazing.

Perfect place to prop up and study. I have nothing negative to say. Great selection of teas. The tacos are surprisingly good, probably my favorite in town.
