Hubert helped us to order & check out and was very helpful!
We ordered pork bahn mi, pho, brown sugar milk tea with honey boba & a honey dew milk tea with honey boba and rainbow jelly… The bahn mi was perfect, pork cooked bite tender. The pho was everything we wanted it to be!

The food was great here, had the fried noodles with shrimp and Peach tea with honey bulbba. The service was great, nice people and chill atmosphere. Definitely going back.

This was my first time experiencing the Matcha Milk Tea w/ Yogurt Popping Boba it was awesome. The service we received from Jenny was nice, friendly, upbeat, courteous, very helpful with making our selection at TopTea Restaurant. Thanks you Jenny 💕

I talk to the owner and he is a very polite person, had a great conversationwith him . Also the food taste really great, definitely would comeback, although I am just travel through the town, which in unfortunate.

We loved this restaurant. They not only serve the different varieties of refreshing Bubble teas but also delicious food. You should definitely try their Tofu fries. Thank you Harrison for the fast service. We will visit again soon.

This place is amazing! I stopped in for a coffee and Jenny & Mered were absolutely friendly and professional! Jenny went out if her way to make me a special frozen coffee that was absolutely delicious and better than anyother coffee smoothie around town! You have to come and support this restaurant, they're awesome and the food is great!!!

It’s pretty great, an my whole family has been frequenting here for at least three years. I would definitely recommend the milk teas as the the best in Baytown, if not in the outskirts of Houston. Today specifically has Jenny be helpful in organizing a large take out order, so smiles all around!

Great costumer service 😊 I got the Lemon Berry Refresher Tea and I loved it. I also got the fried calamari and let me tell youuu best fried calamari ever 😩

We love everything here!! Especially my kids. There’s many spots by me but we make the extra 10 minute drive for top tea. Drinks are amazing & the food/snacks are always fresh and delicious! Plus it’s super cute inside 😜

Jiayi was really kind, took our order efficiently and even suggested a really yummy drink when asked. My husband, kids, and I love this place and location. The boba is perfect! They remodeled and improved this little gem. We’ve been coming here and will continue doing so!
