Shipley Do-Nuts

Love me some donuts!!! Its a very busy location. And that's a good thing! These donuts are fresh. I've been working my way through the menu.....over a period of 8 years. Not one bad selection yet. Found one i normally wouldn't choose. Cherry glazed donuts....are awesome!

Fresh donuts! Great customer service, the guy was really sweet that took our order.

Midday, the quality of everything in the store really drops. Donuts are more stale and cold, coffee is burnt from a long spell in the pot. Maybe it's better early in the morning, but they do not make any effort to supply customers with fresh products after that.

Quick service but nothing but kids working

Went in and asked if they were chocolate filled or chocolate pudding filled and the guy said he didn't know. So I left. I will get donuts somewhere else. How does an employee not know what the donuts are filled with???

I'm spoiled. I LOVE the Ella location. When we get donut holes it's a huge bag not a tiny bag. And they have chocolate donut holes. Also they heat everything up for you. This location has never offered. The staff is extremely nice and I'm sure if we asked they would have. The donuts for some reason just taste different than Ella. I have tried other locations also.

Haven't been to a Shipley's in over 8 years, since I had moved to the midwest. Missed the delectable donuts and kolaches--couldn't find anything near to the same quality and range of flavors to compare with Shipley's.

Went around 6:30am. Donuts was not hot like they would normally be..

They always know who I am and what I get for my nephews each week that I go over to my sister's house
