Ordered my coffee, barista was didn't give me a chance to order any other items before directing me to the card reader. Staff constantly playing and dancing around behind bar in spite of the line being huge and orders being backed up. Never had issues like this at other locations.

A great place to work and study! There’s always room inside or outside when I go. Plus, they always have outlets available which I’ve had such a hard time getting to at other coffee shops. I do wish they had a better snack/food/pastry menu. I’ve gone in the afternoon and they’ve let me know they were out of pastries, but that’s understandable. Their coffee and tea menu is awesome and I’m still working my way through it, but have never been disappointed in the selection. I’ll definitely keep visiting this place and recommending it to friends and family!

Great coffee, worst possible service in Austin. Takes forever even when you order ahead, show up on time for when it says your coffee will be ready, never is ready, wait an extra 20 minutes, regularly mess up your order, and then make you feel like it's your fault.

Other locations are great. Management here and staff are the worst. Continually the most frustrating customer experience in town.

Love this place. Staff is so friendly, courteous and speedy delivery with the food.

I had an unpleasant experience at this location on Wednesday evening. I ordered an Iced Global with almond milk being that I am vegan. I have a habit of watching my drinks be prepared, and noticed the barista made my drink and another drink with the same cartridge of milk. At the time, I assumed maybe it was almond milk for both…one sip and I knew it was not. In addition to that, Savannah/Suzan (forgot the cashier’s name but it begins with an “S,” greeted previous customers goodbye, and when I waved thanks for my drink, she stared at me and said nothing. I went back into the establishment where the Barista (young, Caucasian, male presenting) proceeded to confirm he did not use almond milk, and rudely asked was my complaint that he didn’t use the right form of milk “an emergency.” I was confused by the begrudging way he handled the situation, with an attitude of “it’s no big deal.” Meanwhile, the cashier stood in silence. Granted it was not her mistake, but the energy of the exchange was completely distasteful. The barista remade the drink, and unfortunately I was so busy trying not to get angry that I didn’t watch him remake the next drink. I received a watery beverage that tasted of no coffee at all. I AM NOT a person that enjoys leaving bad reviews, but the spirit of that interaction left me so disappointed because I love Summermoon. Everyone is entitled to be human, but I also feel I should be treated like every human that walks through the door.

The service here was so friendly and the coffee was amazing! I had an iced dairy free global latte and added lavender 🤤
I went for a casual first date lol and it was a great intimate but casual vibe. Was a bit busy with people coworking, and looks like a great place for it.

I ordered the autumn iced latte and it was phenomenal! This place was consistently busy so I recommend ordering online or preparing to wait in line! There is an outdoor patio that could definitely use some umbrellas or something for shade (please!).

Very light flavor from being wood fired. Nice touch but thought it would have been more significant. Guy at counter very dry and cranky. Next coffee will be from Mozart's

Best coffee I have ever had! We were in Austin for less than a day and hit it up twice.

Good coffee, I really enjoyed the berry Pop tart but they didn’t offer to heat it up or anything. Card only which sucks and makes eating at this place inaccessible to some people. The bathroom is locked up. INSIDE IS FREEZING COLD and no outlets outside , I wouldn’t go back to this location.
