When I want a large lavender iced latte and a super yummy breakfast sandwich this is my spot! Make sure you also try their blueberry macadamia scone it’s incredible. The women that work there are so sweet and remember customers and even their dogs.

This place is on the moderate to expensive but it is worth it they have never unimpressed me. I usually pick up and head over to Zilker with my dog!

I was in an elevator when a man walked in with a cup of coffee and a small dog. Upon inquiry, he told me the coffee was from Nate's, and the dog was named Tugboat.

Later that day I went to Nate's on his referral. Charming inside and out, with friendly attentive staff. Cold brew, oatmilk latte, and a sausage cheddar kolache came out to $18.

That was easily the best kolache I've ever eaten. After 7 years living in Austin, this was the first time I was impressed with the baked good. Made in-house, this kolache is not to be missed. So good, it makes up for the B- cold brew.

Listen to Tugboat's dad and get to Nate's for an authentic spot with great bakery.

First of all, look at that perfect heart! Amazing mocha, amazing banana walnut bread, and amazing service! Cute shop, absolutely scrumptious, and I highly recommend!

Good pastries, but a bit dry. Good lattes, but not mixed well. Good coffee, but generic. There was always something holding back a great experience. The staff were super friendly though! Might stop back if I was in the area, but not worth a special trip

We have been going to Nate’s for a few years and absolutely love it. Their blueberry scones have to be the best in the country. Last night, we received a delivery of one of their new family meals, braised beef and sweet potato gnocci. Friends gifted the meal to us after I had surgery. It was DIVINE. Highly highly recommend! And our friends said they were easy to work with.

A serene shop just off 5th provides a wonderful change of pace from busy downtown. The fresh baked goods are always tasty. The baristas are friendly and attentive.

It’s a bold statement I know, but this was the BEST vegetarian breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a fair share of good vegetarian food!

My hubby and I came here both days we were in town on our honeymoon road trip!

First day we got some delicious pastries and stellar iced coffee. Second day I decided to try to breakfast sandwich before we hit the road and after the first bite, we both looked at each other and said, “I think this is the best breakfast Sammy we’ve had!”

I can’t wait to try to re-create it when I get home! 💛

Love/hate. Good coffee, but when cold brew is over $6…

Great outdoor space. Very good service. Wide range of excellent edibles. Cappuccino was a B rather that an A even though they have the "correct" machine. A tad more barista training would move Nate's to a 5-star. Felt bad for the staff given the number of maskless customers in spite of "masks appreciated" sign.

I agree with the other reviewers who said the blueberry macadamia nut scones are the best ever! And the coffee is good too. Number of indoor and outdoor seating options.
