I’ve been here twice and it was excellent both times! The sandwiches are tasty (especially the meatloaf), the soups are incredibly flavorful, and they have a delightful assortment of sweet treats. It’s a bit on the pricey side but worth every penny for a full belly and satisfied taste buds!

A neighborhood favorite in West Austin! Best made to order sandwiches in town. My personal favorite is the toasted Turkey Reuben on rye but all of them are delicious. Breads are homemade and fantastic. Other favorites are the devilish eggs, tuna salad, empanadas, and the daily specials (love the crab cakes!) including homemade hot and cold soups. Bakery items include chocolate butter cream frosted cupcakes with sprinkles, a staple for every family birthday and icing decorated cookies—today dinosaurs and pumpkins. So cute! Dine in at shared tables, sit outside in the courtyard or grab and go! Food! Food!, feeds all of Tarrytown and we love them.

Not a fan of Uber eats delivery option only, the sandwiches were good my coworker said his turkey Reuben was tasty, the beef on my grilled tenderloin was sliced a bit thick and maybe cooked longer in transport so it came out kinda chewy but the flavors were nice. Would try it again but would be more likely to arrange catering options due to pricing

food is usually ok, but the service is getting pretty bad. only one person ahead of me when ordering, but 8 people ahead of me waiting on food. paid my $15 for a half sandwich and after 15 minutes of waiting i left - no sandwich. there were still 6 people ahead of me waiting on their food and another 6 had since come in and ordered. so near 15 people waiting on their food with another two in line. didn't have time to wait 25 minutes to get a cold sandwich. great place if you have an hour to kill for lunch.

Was not impressed. They don't have chicken, no beef except beef tenderloin and I got a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. The lettuce was like a stock versus a leaf, regular weat bread - two slices of bread, a normal sandwich size cost $15. Menu has to many fancy options, I just wanted a sandwich not a $15 sandwich with no drink or chips or anything else included. I felt ripped off.

I recently visited here on a Friday afternoon when looking for a quick bite to eat near my apartment. This place was a quick five minutes away and I have noticed that several times when I visited the Randalls here.

I was a bit hesitant because of the poor reviews, but it was close and you seem like a pretty quick option. When we walked in it took a couple minutes for anyone to say anything at the counter, but once they did they were pretty friendly.

The place was extremely dead and the vibe in here was just really poor. The food looked all right, but they had a lot of sandwich options.

I ended up going with a tuna melt and a pecan bar and I was extremely satisfied. For my two items I paid $15 and I thought this was a fair price to pay. If I were dating just for the food I would give it a five star, however it was the other factors that dragged down the rating.

Love this place menu and staff, they have all sorts of dishes you can't find anywhere else. Their desserts are a must try!

Been coming here since I went to casis! Back in the day they used to have Legos on the wall and everyone was so friendly.

I agree with what others say the food is great but the staff just seem to hate their jobs and are quick to be rude to people. Such a bummer and it's strange it's been that way for 3-4 years now. Guess they don't read reviews or care to have a better experience for customers.

A friend brought me here. It was my first time. I walked in and the man at the counter said, “put a mask on that’s why the sign is there” with a very rude tone. I have no problem putting a mask on. I’m not used to it with most restaurants no longer requiring it and I did not see the sign but no reason to be flat out nasty to a customer. If he had not been so rude I would have put one on and they would have my business. But I was happy to turn around and walk out. Do better.

I used to love this place. But when I walked in a very rude employee rudely told me to put a mask on. I did not have a mask but I was willing to put one on so I ask them for one they said no and said you past all the 5 mask signs, can you not read, very rude. Also 16 dollars for a grilled cheese and a cookie and you have to wait 20 min for it. All the employees are nice except for the very rude one, he is bald and works the front of the shop. Great job losing a regular!!!!!!!
