Cool atmosphere if your angsty and hipster and just don’t like those new people in Austin - this is out of the way enough. It’s not a real warm or cozy place despite being dimly lit. It’s full of hard surfaces, feels cold believe it or not.

Coffee is ok.

Their WiFi appears to not allow vpn... (yes after the captive portal). I tried two.

The coffee was awesome. And you can choose from a selection of beans. They have good selection of vegan milks as well. Good neighborly dog friendly coffee spot. Will be going back often.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Two choices for espressos and pourovers at all times. Rotating selection of some of the country's best coffee roasters beans. Ambience is on point and the clientele is an interesting mix of longtime Austin locals who come here for conversation and community, others are busy working for startups on their Apple computers. If you belong in the latter of the two groups , don't be alarmed if a heavily tattooed hipster sits down next to you and asks you what you are working on.

Since my friend I was catching up with is a critical reviewer and chose this place, it deserves its good reviews. We enjoyed a nice mild sunny day outside with tea catching up here. Allowed dog outside. Very east Austin, what is left of old Austin.

Really well put together space, picturesque and full of beautiful plants. It is the kind of shop that has regulars, and staffed by the kind of folks that make you want to be a regular. And the coffee is delicious.

Great, friendly service + delicious coffee, cups of water, plenty of indoor seating & few tables outside. Green sauce on breakfast taco was amazing. Loved the service and Veracruz breakfast taco + salsa

Cute shop. Not allowing cash exchange is elitist. I get why they probably don’t, but if you only accept card, this is problematic for obvious(hopefully obvious) reasons. Consider transitioning back to cash.

Figure 8 is a gorgeous little cafe tucked away on the east side. I am really impressed by the design of the space: it is inventive, creative and well fitting, everything works here.

Coffee is really great and so was the service, although I wasn't crazy about a $3 espresso, I guess inflation is a B*TCH****.

Definitely stopping by next time i'm in the area, great place to get some work done, read a book, or a quick catch-up with a friend!

The coffee is great and the baristas are nice. It's also a great place to study or to just hang out at. There's plenty of open space and a large patio area. Also, they have a nice simple menu!
