Wow! I'm in love!!! I may have to start knowing all the Capital One Cafe locations instead of Starbucks locations. Large open area, plenty of space and different type of seating options. The chair height to table height is much better than all the new starbucks. Much more conducive to working or reading. And half off coffee if you have Capital One credit or debit cards. Spectacular!!!! The coffee was good and the banana bread was much tastier and less oily than Starbucks.

They have Peet's coffee (I'm visiting from the Bay and I'm happy to know they have a Peet's in Austin)! Great service, nice place to work with lots of plugs, and dog friendly.

I’m very disappointed to Capital One, the staff at this location is there but it feels like they’re actually not there, they don’t approach you, when you ask for something, they barely care, only a tall young man did look happy and caring. The rest very distracted talking and didn’t even offered me and my boyfriend to open an account. I noticed most of the tables don’t have outlets to work. Only shared stations and by the window, including the work rooms with glass doors, have not outlets and feel a little warm. I like better other locations. Sorry for the feedback.

I do not like Capital One Bank system in which they did away with tellers. It is extremely inconvenient because you can only withdraw a small amount through ATM machines. To withdraw a large amount, you have to get approval through another rep by phone. The Rep on the phone doesn’t even know all of Capital One policy in which you can withdraw a larger sum. The rep said I can have the large sum available for three days, but I went back to ATM machines, and I couldn’t withdraw this money. Of course, there wasn’t an ambassador available at the Georgetown branch. Ambassador at the domain branch is very nice but it is such a lengthy process to get money with drawn, over 50 minutes for me to get my own money. I do not have the time me to go through this process again and again.
I would have given it a 1 Star, but staffs are nice so I give them 2 stars instead.

This is not a full service branch - it is two ATMs and a coffee shop with some pointless square footage in between. If you’re looking for a person to help you with something more complex than what you can do on mobile banking from your phone, go somewhere else.

The ATMs are frequently down and most recently took my check without depositing it, and the staff was zero help in providing a fix.

Love this cafe! It’s HUGE, with so many different seating options, ranging from cushioned benches with little tables, to long tables with outlets, to glass private nooks, to conference rooms for 6-8 people. Lots of small and big tables. WiFi is alright, had to use my personal hotspot sometimes. Plenty of outlets, never crowded, neither loud nor quiet. Can’t beat the 50% off all coffee when you’re a CapOne card holder :)

This is a great place if you’re needing a coffee fix. But if you’re looking for a bank, well, that’s basically been reduced to 2 ATM machines off in the corner. The bank employees are there to sell you “services” (can you even call them services when there’s no actual customer service involved?) and to point you to the ATM machines and bathrooms. They cannot handle money, deposit checks or anything you might actually expect from a bank.

And the parking stinks. Either compete for the scarce street parking half a block down, or park in a parking garage and walk a few blocks. The competing bank a couple of blocks away has a parking lot for their customers.

They claim all banks are going this way, but from what I can tell, they’re leading the charge against their customers. I’ve found a real bank to do business with, not a coffee shop ATM machine.

This please should be out of business!! I really do know why it is still operating
except to provide free coffee ONLY in 1 or 2 days , free WiFI, and allowed students and people to hang around their “cafe”. I mispoke and called it a “branch ” but an “ambassador” corrected me, saying it is a cafe . It cannot print , a cafe WITHOUT the ability to issue cashier check. If I want a cashier check , I would have to do it at another location or pay a ridiculous fee of $20. Why do I have to pay $20.00 if this is one of the benefit of my Tower Gold account . So here I am traveling another 35 minutes one way, 45 minutes back because of traffic just to get one cashiers check because this fancy café with their fancy ambassador name does not have the capability to print . They want to re-image themselves as a upscale bank but they don’t even have the capability to print a cashiers check? OMG !!! I am seriously considering checking out Bank of America. If anyone else has a recommendation for a good banking business, with tellers, and with the ability to have cashiers check for free, please let me know on this google comment. I have been with Capital One for over 15 years and it is getting worse.

Bank teller was very helpful. Unfortunately, cafe barista is not as friendly or professional as the regular Peet's coffee.
