Review of Cannon Coffee
Cannon Coffee is a cozy and inviting coffee shop located at 1901 W William Cannon Dr Suite 165A in Austin, Texas. With its friendly staff, delicious coffee, and relaxed atmosphere, it's a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
The coffee at Cannon Coffee is highly praised by customers. Whether you're in the mood for a cappuccino, an americano, or a lavender London fog, they have a wide variety of options to satisfy your caffeine cravings. They also offer a selection of tea for those who prefer a different kind of brew. The almond croissant is a must-try, and they also have vegan muffins and baked goods from Zucchini Kill for those with dietary restrictions.
One of the standout features of Cannon Coffee is its friendly and welcoming staff. Many customers have mentioned the warm greetings they received upon entering the shop. The baristas go out of their way to make customers feel welcome and ensure they have a great experience. However, there have been a few isolated incidents where customers felt the service was below average. It's worth noting that these instances seem to be exceptions rather than the norm.
The atmosphere at Cannon Coffee is described as cute and chill. The shop has a small space, but it adds to the cozy and intimate vibe. It's a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. The shop offers free Wi-Fi, although there have been a few complaints about the internet being unreliable.
Cannon Coffee is open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. So whether you're looking for a morning pick-me-up or a place to unwind in the afternoon, Cannon Coffee is a great choice.

Such a cute shop! I really enjoyed the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and they answered all of my questions. They have great vegan/plant based options as well. The coffees had cute names too. Everything tasted delicious and they have vegan pastries. Parking was a breeze.

Great coffee. Small space. They have breakfast tacos and pastries for sale in addition to the coffee.

Came in for a new coffee bar experience, I arrived at 8:30 with my wife and we ordered the lattes. The environment was calm, coffee met my expectations, but the overall interaction with barista was below average. More than likely will not return.

I walked in this morning excited to try a new place and the minute I walked in, the barista looked straight at me super annoyed as if I were an inconvenience for walking in. She didn't say 'good morning' or 'hello' or anything, literally she just had a scowl. I'm not expecting the red carpet but a friendly smile would have sufficed. I work in the service industry and it doesn't take much to make someone feel welcome. We all have bad days but it made me so uncomfortable that I left and went to Shipley's around the corner. Not a good experience for a new customer and never going back.

I wanted to check this place out and as soon as I stepped in, the barista looked straight at me and gave me a super friendly greeting and made me feel welcome. Great experience for a new customer and delicious lattes.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere - the three essentials required for me to give a coffee shop a 5 star review. Nice tea options as well.

Everyone knew Lisa’s name. Geez talk about customer experience. I dint know if she’s the owner but she ran that place like a top. Everyone said goodbye to her like a family member. Coffee was good and it’s free refills. You can’t find that in many places anymore.

I was introduced to this local spot by the owner who went out of his way to help rescue my cat from a tree...
I went by Cannon Coffee this morning and was even more pleasantly surprised!!
Not only is the place run by amazing people, but the shop and offerings are wonderful, too!
While I love a cappuccino, I had a black drip Coffee and a danish this am, and gotta say the combo was divine!
Delicious coffee plus grab-and-go tacos and pastries (vegan friendly options, too!), I am sure to be a regular at Cannon Coffee.
