Huddle House

Waited 30 min for a dirty table that I had to end up cleaning my self food came out cold and waffles cold and hard as a rock they remade just the waffles and I had to find a high chair for the baby and clean it after I asked for one. Then the waitress old blonde lady was super rude and making excuses for why food was so bad but didn’t offer to fix it plus we drove from out of town to try for the first time because we heard it was a good place and it ended up being just awful still left the nice waitress a tip because she tried her best and was polite

Felipa has always been just an amazing waitress. This is my 10th time coming here and I promise you if it wasn't for her great attitude and making sure my family and I had everything we needed we wouldn't have came back. She even engages in conversations not just with is adults but with the kids as well. Even though it took awhile to get our food today we didn't mind it all thanks to her. If y'all go to Huddle House request her or make sure she is there because, whether she has you as her table or not she will make sure you are taken care of for sure. She is by far the best waitress Huddle House has at the Odessa location and I hope they never loose her.

Went in at quiet time. Got food real quick for 5.99 meal. Good deal

The manager met us a the door and blocked us from going g any farther than that and just told us that we were having take-out ,which was fine with me cause his attitude was rude,the only reason I didn't say anything was cause I had already paid for my food and didn't want him to order up a side of spit to go with it not going back there for sure.
The people dining in had more food on their plate also

Way to much salt on potatoes, waitress are doing a good job but the cook put way to much salt!!

I ordered the southwest wrap and it was soaked in something similar to Louisiana hot sauce. I told the waitress, wich was a manager from Houston that I didn't like my food and I didn't want to eat it. She didn't offer me a comp or to make me something else. I definitely will not be returning.

Other 3 times me and my family have been there it was beyond 5 stars , today the service was awesome however the new cooks not up to par ..bacon was cold , omelette was over cooked and sausage and gravy had a different flavor....I don't know what happened to the other cook ...if possible bring them back....

The owner Robert was very personable. He greeted and talked every table on grand opening giving great hospitality. Service was excellent as well as the food, major shout-out to my waiter Christian! Menu has a variety of options. Will definitely be returning!
